Was very happy with how fast the set up the appointment and the treatment I got when I got there. The end it was pricey for sure but the help I got from Michelle was nothing short of amazing. I’m still working on how I’m gonna cover the $5100 charge but when I get it set in stone I’ll get my work done at aspen

Very friendly and did a great job on my filling.

Was impressed with going their this last time, until it came time to do the last step to find out the cost after Insurance, they wasn't for sure if the price was accurate, didnt know if they could get me in to see the oral surgeon which they only come in 1x a month! So if I needed any work done it would be at least 2 months to see the oral surgeon, then to consult, it would maybe take 3 months, now really? With a place as Aspen dental you would think a person could get in a little sooner than this??

From the start with filling teeth, to pulling some, and on to the dentures. DR. Amin. Explained to difference between dentures and posts. She explained what it meant as far as the gums go ( I thought they would hold my facial features... of course this was not it unless I got a post in every tooth removed (shudder)) Today, while I never hid my smile, my sisters say I smile more. The assistance were great attending to the molds and fittings, even billing was pleasant. Great place to get you teeth cared for.

Everyone was friendly, but it did seem to take a long time waiting. I felt like they were pressuring me to commit to some treatments that I was not comfortable with. I don’t have dental insurance and the cost of the treatments were extremely high for my budget. I will have some of the recommended treatments done at this time due to the fact that I am having some pain. I was told that they would not do any other treatment unless I had a $600.00 treatment done. That seems like it is a little extreme.

Called to schedule an appointment for something that was pretty urgent. They told me that they could get me in at 1 that day. When i went in, they apparently rescheduled my appointment 4 days later without telling me. I left work for it, and it just felt like a slap in my face because they said they there was nothing they could do.

I visited this Aspen dental after a terrible experience at another Aspen location thinking they couldn't possibly be as bad. I was wrong. My first appointment wasn't too bad, they couldn't handle a root canal, so referred me to an endodontist to get it done. I called after it was done to schedule having the crown done on that tooth. When I showed up for my appointment, an hour drive each way from home, I sat and waited for 30 minutes until they called me up and said they would need to reschedule because they did not have the supplies needed to do the crown prep. How could they not know this prior to the appointment and at least give me a call instead of letting me drive an hour to get there and then wait to be told I need to reschedule?! So I rescheduled and showed up for the appointment again. This time they won't see me unless I pay first, which is fine. I try to pay with my credit card and they tell me they won't accept it because the charge is less than $200!! These people are terrible and care nothing about their customers. This company is toxic. Stay away.

I spent 3 hours in the office for a routine exam and cleaning. I waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, after arriving 15 minutes early. Then I had X-rays done, and waited another 20 minutes for initial exam. Then I waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to review the exam results and discuss treatment. Then I was asked to pay for the services and sent back to the lobby to wait another 25 minutes for the hygienist to be available to perform the cleaning and treatment. Afterwards, I contacted the office with questions about my bill and was talked down to and treated like an inconvenience. I do not recommend this office.

My first experience at Quincy Aspen Dental was unforgettable. Every staff member was incredible and went out of their way to show kindness and make me feel better. Their customer service was the best I've experienced at any business in a LONG time. I went in with severe pain from a broken abscess tooth. The worst pain of my life. Yet, I left feeling completely different. I was treated like family and I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental Quincy to everyone. First Class Treatment. You will be glad you did!
