Worst experience I have ever had the doctor was completely rude I went in for pain and I'm leaving in worse pain thank God they decided to give me my $19 back I paid $19 for more tooth pain on teeth I didn't even have pain in. And according to the doctor my pain is all of my fault and I did a horrible job of taking care of my teeth he was very degrading even made the nurse go get her manager I spoke with the manager and she asked me to leave while I waited for my refund. Yeah I'm only if I could give it to Euro stars or negative Stars I would

Be very careful. They billed our insurance with a dentist that was not considered "in network" and the insurance did not pay the lower "negotiated rate" which ended up using all of our benefits. Called the insurance company and they told me to have Aspen Dental call and transfer to an "in network" dentist. Called and told this to Aspen Dental and they refused to call the insurance company.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and gave me a set schedule. Walked me through everything I needed to do took get what I wanted.
Definitely will keep coming back

Friendly,helpful staff, but they did not completely fill out my prescription and the pharmacy had to call. The once friendly doc seemed to be having an off day.. he was all business. I did not know if I should take it personally.

We went to Aspen dental because my son had a bad cavity and ended up losing part of his baby tooth. I asked them to go ahead and pull the tooth due to the amount of pain my son was in. They refused. The only thing they wanted to do was a root canal which they had to schedule. My son is almost 10 yrs old and I didn't see any reason to do that. So we left there without any treatment and I'm sure a nice bill to come for absolutely nothing done.

Rip off, my husband went for a routine cleaning and they tried to talk him into having treatment done on his gums that didn't need done, tried to talk him into getting a crown on his tooth in front that has been broken off every since he was a kid and doesn't need a crown, and wouldn't even do a routine cleaning, only went there cause his regular dentist couldn't get him in for his regular cleaning since covid they are way behind, Won't step foot in Aspen Dental again

This place is horrible! Dr. Feme is a rude. Big mouth and lectures and blabs on and on more then he listens! I had such a tramatic event there I ended up sick for weeks and ultimately diagnosed with Graves disease do to Stress!! I went to a different Aspen and the dentist was so different and when I explained why I was hours away at an Aspen when theres one in my own town? He said oh yes this isnt the first time Ive heard this about the Quincy office/dentist! The dental costs are not all that much cheaper and they will charge full price but give you the lower price product so save your money and find a better place!!

I never got the call to see if Aetna cover the visit then I go check in never was told the exam fee then found out after the exam for a plan is over the Aetna budget and wasn't told till I was done with the exam that I had to do a plan I'm low income I barely make enough for raising prices and Bill's aetna doesn't cover aspen dental hearing and seeing you have to pay for it to get reimbursed that isn't coverage I was traped there both aspen and Aetna told me it was covered covered and reimbursed are way too different things

They have a new Dentist and he is awesome! He pulled my tooth and I didn't feel a thing. Not even when he put the shot in my gums. First time in my life I won't be afraid to go back to the Dentist lol

Absolutely awful customer service. The receptionist in the phone was soooo rude and disrespectful. On top of that, they said they didn’t have my partner scheduled that day after he had called 4 days previously and set up the appointment for that day. Definitely would recommend to go somewhere else.
