I had a terrible experience at another Aspen location out of state some years ago in which they tried to bill me for items that I had not agreed to, and swore I'd never return. However, my insurance covers them and they were able to get me in faster than anywhere else, so I was not left much of a choice. Based on what I've seen at both locations, there is honestly a scam being run. Aside from the dentist, whom I had a LOT of problems with, the staff is all EXTREMELY kind--they deserve that one star, otherwise it would be a zero.

Scheduled a appointment for dental emergency, then had them call less than 15 minutes later to cancel. Because they we’re fully scheduled.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable and caring!

The dentist was great, but I was there for an hour and 45 minutes for a simple checkup. Other than the x-rays and 10 minutes with the dentist I was left sitting in the chair waiting. The service and respect for my time was horrible.

That long experience didn't even include a cleaning. For some reason needs to be scheduled separately, which is another big inconvenience.

Personal was nice but it stops there. My wife called because of her tooth. It needs to be pulled. They made an appointment right away. Appointment for 945am. Get there and was told it would be a 30 min wait. Finally got called. They did X-rays and the hen we waited. Dentist came in and looked explained a few things. Then the hygienist. Long story short, we were there 2 hours and 45 minutes and was still waiting on another person. All in all the time seen was about 30 minutes and still no signs of get tooth fixed

I scheduled just a regular check up and cleaning for my husband as a new patient. When he got there, he waited in the waiting area for 50 minutes before he was seen. They never did a cleaning like a normal dentistry appointment which is what was scheduled. They “looked” at his teeth and told him he has a gum disease and needs $900 more worth of “care” which seemed like BS and like they were just trying to get more money out of us than what was actually needed. We won’t be going back.

Very unprofessional and rude. The prices are no better than any other dentist. In fact they force you to pay full price for something that you probably won't need, then force you to wait for a refund check for three weeks The office manager must have been in a mood, because she took it out on me, and then lied to the dentist. Highly do not recommend this place.

I was a new patient, went in for a check up to have a tooth pulled.. had the apt set up for a few days later - Received a call about a half hour later and they were able to get me in the same day due to a cancellation. Everyone was very friendly and the procedure was painless and quick . Would recommend this dentist to anyone !

The overall experience was unprofessional. We had to wait, we were brought back to a little room and could see and hear the other patients problems and details of his dental work. The assistant said she needed xrays and then stated she was waiting on instruments from the autoclave then walked out and was gone another 10 mins and we left without any service. We were there first thing in the am. I im in the medical field and I was shocked.

If i could give this place a 0 rating or a negative star rating i would. Dentist refused to pull one tooth because she said my bp was too high. Well of course it was i was in severe pain!! Dentist was very rude an unsympathetic. Didnt care about the pain i was in. Office manager equalky rude. Gave me my xrays and said there was a referral to an oral surgeon whivh there was not. DO NOT GO HEREBIF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!
