I'm Sorry about all the bad experiences other posters had, I too had the same issues with them.
BUT it is in my opinion.. more than just one of your run of the mill dentist office's. At Aspen they are a team from the person who makes your appt to the 😁 DDS who cares about and really Wants to know if you don't like something!
( that's very rare to find)

The staff was very efficient and accommodating. However it was disturbing that the previous Dennis had put in a plate 4 months ago and then we find out that the toothy anchored it to was rotten and needed to be pulled. So now we're looking at having to have a full upper denture.

I made my appointment at 4:45 Thursday night I did not know that they call you back that night to confirm your appointment so since I did not do that cuz I was sleeping b/c i was in pain .when I went there at 9:30 Friday they cancelled my appointment so mad!! But I say, just talked to her and they were awesome enough to squeeze me in because they did give my appointment away to somebody else they said it would be awhile but I was in so much pain I did not care I needed to see someone so I sat there from 9 a.m. to 2 in the afternoon but they were able to help me... I've had a lot of dental problems in a lot of teeth pulled and I must say this was the worst teeth pulling EVER they keep saying your filling pressure lots of pressure NOOO it was pain not pressure...i was very thankful they got me in before I started my new job on Monday so I was happy even though I was in a lot of pain not pressure

If I could give a zero or negative number I would. Went in for a check up and cleaning. Instead they tried to shove $4500 (after insurance payment) of work they said was necessary. Got 2nd opinion totally different. There are thousands of neg reviews for this chain. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Everyone at the office was considerate and friendly. The hygienist, Amy, was very gentle and helpful. I really appreciated how professional the ladies at the front desk were, and I was greeted with lots of smiles! Thank you!

I was treated wonderfully. Loved the dentist. She was very kind. However, I received a bill for clise to $300.00 for a free consultation. Not happy about that!
