I had 15 cavities fixed here, had my wisdom teeth pulled here, and had some gum issues fixed here, and throughout the process they were great! They are easy to work with, friendly, and they’ve made my teeth look great!

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment to get some teeth looked at and pulled. A few days later she received a call rescheduling her appointment because they were short staffed. I took her to her appointment today at 2:30 and they didn't even have her in the system.

New town, so we needed a new dentist.
We drove by Aspen on Broadway, saw they were a Blue Cross preferred provider, and thought we’d found our dentist.
Even before today it was a nightmare. After our first exam and x-rays, we received an estimate of close to $2,000 for teeth cleaning, claiming we didn’t have insurance!
It took six calls over six months before Aspen finally submitted claim info properly. Blue Cross gave me an itemized listing, showing what they’d pay, what Aspen had to write off, and what we had to pay.
Bonnie went in this AM with the Blue Cross listing and a check for our balance of $373.60.
The office manager told her it wasn’t enough. She had to come up with $800, and and that was the breaking point.
Aspen, at least the front office staff, is horrible. Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever seen.
We’re going to find another dentist.

I started with the Quincy Illinois location a month ago to get a new set of dentures. I had 4 visits in total. The staff is very professional and friendly. From the first visit to the last.
They worked with my busy schedule and had them ready in time for my vacation. Now I have a beautiful smile.
I want to thank the staff for a wonderful experience.

Spent $6,000 and was satisfied. Husband was supposed to wear temporary dentures for 4 months and then get the permanent ones. Got email to call and schedule appt. I have called 4 times and can't get anyone to return my calls. Not good customer service!!!

Great place there very inexpensive and yet very helpful and they have the tools you need to get the right answers for fixing your teeth !! I don't have insurance and it was only $19 to get an exam and have them get me in the right direction!!!

They are wonderful, I go there for regular dental check-upd but this year I dis the Invisalign and had an great experience with that, very very happy with my results. The ladies at Quincy, Ill location are very friendly and take very good care of my husband and I.
