The dentist did a great job pulling 14 teeth on my upper.but been trying for 2 months to have them fix the temporary denture.it has never fit right everything is crooked with it can’t even wear them.they keep telling me that is the way it is.getting ready to get the bottoms done, going to try one more time to get it fixed. And if I get the run around I’m going to an aspen in st.Louis

When someone makes an appointment stating "broken tooth" they are not coming in for a "comprehensive assessment". They want the tooth fixed and the pain gone. They do not need scans for 3D visualization of their teeth or evaluation for scrapping of their teeth. They need the tooth taken care of so they are no longer in pain. Handle the other things later. Deal with their issue now!!!!!!

Just had my teeth done there, I was super nervous but they took good care of me. They explained everything from the procedure to the cost.. beyond helpful and friendly. My mouth feels so much better! Thanks you guys!

My visit on 8-14-2018 was very nice. I had good service, polite people, and everything was explained well. They treated me with respect and care. Thank you. I am glad to be your patient and look forward to other appointments with you for continued care.

My process getting dentures was great. But EVERY appointment was moved to a different time, claiming to never had made the original appointment time they told me. I always write down the time while on the phone so that I can line up a sitter for my two littles. And every time it is changed. And on top of that I live an hour away. After this appointment I'll be moving my profile to a different location.

I had the first appointment of the day and did not get called back until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then I did not see the dentist until roughly an hour and a half after my appointment time. I was in because I had broken a piece off my tooth, and when the dentist came in there was no introduction between he and I. He poked in my mouth for 30 seconds, said there are cavities and it has to go, then he started to walk away. I was utterly confused and looked over at my mother, who asked what he meant. He said the tooth has to be pulled and then walked out of the room.
I am not upset over whether or not the tooth needs to be pulled. I am upset over the dentist not treating me like a person. Aspen dental claims to have people who will discuss options and give explanations, and that is not what happened. I don't know if I'm just young and idealistic about people being caring at their jobs, or if he thought that because I'm young, he could treat me like less of a person. I think the most likely answer is that he simply felt like being rude.
There was unprofessional behavior all over the office. There had been some kind of office drama, and I counted two people who were crying. Then when the dentist left we were told to go speak to the person who explains the financials. Well, we sat in the waiting area for another twenty minutes before I started crying and panicking because I was going to be late for class, so I asked what we were waiting on. It turns out the financial lady was crying in her office too.
Once we got in to see her, she was able to calm me down a little, but I do not recommend this office at all. The office lady told me that the dentist was short because he had gotten in trouble with the regional manager and was blaming everyone else in the office for it.
Overall, it took two hours for nothing to be done about the problem. No wonder they were running so late, because the dentist had all of the employees cowering in fear and crying. The unprofessional behavior in this office is astounding. Mostly I will not be returning because if the dentist is unable to care when he's not pulling a bone out of my body, I cannot trust him to care when he is.

Daughter had a 3pm appointment today and did not get to finish the appointment. My 11 year old got scared ( at the dentist due to an emergency so she was naturally scared and upset) and the hygienist/woman doing the xrays did not speak to her kindly and had the attitude of just not wanting to deal with a scared child. Tech/hygienist which ever her title was, had a referral written to another dentist and was not kind at all. No work was done, they terminated the appointment. Other staff in the building were kind, and understood why my child was scared and tried to assist in deescalating her fears. Not happy with how my daughter was treated by the hygienist/ tech. -Only went to Aspen because they could get her in due to the emergency situation. Wont do that again. Will go out of network before going to Aspen.

I would recommend Aspen's Quincy location to anyone. I had some extractions and top & bottom partials done. The staff is both friendly & professional and kept me as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure.

This was my first time here at this practice. They are awesome. I had found some news I didn’t want to hear but they made me feel so comfortable. They worked with me on finances and I’m able to get everything done that I need to. I really recommend this office. And they are open later on Thursday’s so that helps me not miss work.

They made me some new dentures. Clean, professional, and timely. My dentures were so well formed, they didn't require any additional fittings. They will set you up with financing.
