It’s clear the business model model is to upsale extra services and not focus on the problem you show up with. They canceled my Friday appointment ten minutes before appointment (I have over an drive) and simply told me sorry and rescheduled for Monday which meant more driving, another sick day from work, and staying bum pain all weekend. Monday they said I needed a root canal and that they don’t do them and referred me to wentzville. Still in pain and yet another day off work. The focus shifted from my troubled tooth and while they said just because the appearance of my teeth look great, I should get Invisalign and all sorts of other services. I honestly felt like I was at a used car lot and being offered all the extra worthless warranties and stain guards. I wish I could give zero stars.

Excellent patient care! I felt they really cared about me and what I needed to be comfortable with them. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will be returning for all my dental care and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I would literally give this place 0 stars if I could. Oh where do I begin. Lets see to start, my appointment was at 4 p.m. I was not seen until after 5. Then there was the overall attitude of the staff. So I sat back in a chair while the air conditioner blew on me and they turned on Days of Our Lives. I mean it is 20 degrees outside! Then the dentist showed up and said ," So your getting a tooth out huh?" I am thinking your the bleeping dentist don't you look at your file? He then showed me the order for my three extractions and he told me he never recommended that. I told him that was the recommendation of my orthodontist! He seemed puzzled. He finally told me he understood and began working on numbing my mouth. There was only one problem, he was literally watching television while he was giving me shots!!!! I mean it was mortifying. He hit a nerve in my nasal cavity which I can only describe as horrific! I sat and waited over another hour for my mouth to numb up. He gave me another shot while watching television, and left for a ridiculously long time. When we finally did get to the extractions he pinched my gum and lips. Once everything was done, I was left in the room where a hygienist hands me a paper and basically says rotate ib profen every few hours up to 800 mg. So no antibiotics, no pain medication, nothing. I could have done just the ib profen and and antibiotics but nope... I was shooed out the door with no regard to how I was feeling. I am now in horrific pain and I attempted to call and ask for something. Instead she told me I would need to be seen by the doctor again before he does anything. I am never letting this guy near my mouth again. He is dry, rude, and unprofessional. So basically now I am left to deal with the aftermath of their mistakes and stupidity. I would highly advise everyone to avoid this place!!!!

Had to take my 17 year old to Aspen Dental in Quincy, IL for what we thought was a filling for tooth pain she was having. She had never had any dental work done and was VERY scared and nervous. When we found out it would be an extraction, she went into panic mode. But the dentist was so understanding and took time to just sit with her and explain the process and how to deal with the fear. She relaxed enough for him to continue and within 5 minutes, the tooth was gone. She was so relieved she tried to give him a hug when it was done (think she scared him though! LOL). I have had 4 extractions done there as well, and never felt a thing. The staff was wonderful at helping calm fears. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Quincy to all of my friends, family and coworkers.

Can I give a place a negative stars??? Aspen Dental didn't know why I was there. In any kind of medical field I find this type of ignorance just plain scary.
They scheduled me for services my own Dr. had preformed just 6 days previous (I needed to see an oral surgeon not a dentist)
They told me all their Dr.'s were on site----only to turn around and finally admit to me their oral surgeon only visited a couple times a month.
They asked me for information that was already on the forms I handed to the receptionist.
Very negative experience---I left without seeing a Dr. and made an apt. with Quincy Oral & Maxillofacial.

Very friendly, informative. I went there to get an estimate and 'feel' for the establishment for dentures (my first place), I didn't hesitate to look no further. Scheduled with them before leaving. Wonderful staff.

As a newer dental office in the Quincy area, I'm impressed with the staffing at this office. Recently I needed to see an Endodonist & was pleasantly surprised to learn I could see one at this office on his next scheduled trip to Quincy. Years before I had to drive to near St Louis to see this type of specialist so the time saved was tremendous. Also this office has added another dentist so getting an appointment is quite fast & the office staff & dental assistants are all friendly & very professional.

Well first off, I like to say that all the staff and everybody else are super happy and very nice. The reason why I'm giving it a 3-star review is because some of the mistreatment and miscommunication between staff and patient. From my first experience of being there I was getting some graphing done on my gums and I told the staff that my lower right jaw needed to be injected with more numbing serum. The comment went unnoticed, so I had to lay there in an uncomfortable spot while feeling pain. The second time, I came in to get all four wisdom teeth pulled and I thought I was getting put to sleep, but I found out once I got there that I was informed that wasn't the case. It was no big deal but I actually ended up leaving getting only three teeth pulled because my lower right wisdom tooth was too close to a couple of main nerves in my jaw. So they decided not to do that One tooth but yet I wasn't discounted for that one tooth not being taken out I I still had to pay the full price. Six months later I had to pay full price to get my last tooth taken out. I was very unhappy waiting 2 hours to get done.
