I live downtown and chose this practice about six years ago due to proximity. Throughout the years I have continued to come here due to the exceptional experience. I could easily choose another practice, but my experience here has always been so great that it makes me want to come back. The energy of the staff is always super nice and bubbly. It makes going to the Dentist less of a chore and more and more like hanging out with a friend. One of the other things that draws me back is the fact that they are always looking into new/better technology to be able to better assist our dental needs. It’s very easy to see that their main concern is the betterment of their clients. They are very up front about pricing of things not covered by insurance, and have never tried to hide or tack on any type of hidden fees. If something is even going to cost you a cent, they will discuss it with you and be sure you are comfortable and agree before they proceed. I cannot recommend them enough!

I wish I would of switched over to 801 sooner. Doc and his staff were super careful and very gentle with my extensive procedures. By far the best experience and only place I’ve come across that treat you as if you were a human. Not just another dental patient. Ty 801!!

I just got a root canal & crown. It was still the best experience I've EVER had at a dentist. I fell asleep during the process. ❤️
P.S. this whole process was done in one visit😁( of course I still have to return for a permanent crown. They were so cool though. They said, "You don't have to make another appt... We'll just call you in about a week😎)
8 hrs later... No pain, no swelling). There are still a few good businesses with compassion & integrity. I truly believe this is one of them.
P.P.S. Be nice to them... They belong to me now. Just kidding.. 😁🤨

I always like that they tell me that my visits are boring because I generally take good care of my teeth and I make their work easy. They always genuinely ask how my family is and are very engaged how my life has been when I visit them every 6 months for a cleaning. Super nice dentist, including his staff.

By far the funniest people to deal with that’s a huge plus. It’s a warm place. Very professional and are taking really good care of me as another has not. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but my experience here has changed that. Dr. Nielsen was able to get me in quickly to fill a cavity and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and it was completely painless. My 7 year old daughter also needed fillings and she didn’t even know she got a shot to numb her mouth. The staff was incredibly friendly and I felt like they actually cared. I was so impressed with our experience here and no longer dread dental appointments!

Very friendly staff. I had not been to the dentist in 3 years and there was absolutely no judgement about the deep cleaning my teeth needed. They have continued to be wonderful on subsequent visits. My husband is currently doing Invisalign through them and is very happy with his experience with them as well. They are also very accommodating to a changing schedule. As a travel nurse I am only home for a couple weeks to get all my appointments in and they were very flexible by calling when they had a cancellation open up a spot for me to get in. Finally, I was very impressed with their infection precautions during this Pandemic. I highly recommend them!
