I waited about 10 minutes in chair waiting for hygienist to come in While waiting my hygeniest and 2 or 3 others were in room across the hall talking very loudly with each other about theirs lives. That was unprofessional and not appreciate. My hygeniest’s voice was the loudest.

I went in to have an old tooth-colored filling replaced. I was impressed on how painless the novocaine shots were. I was impressed by the dental assistant doing a "shade match" on my actual teeth to make sure my new filling would be unnoticeable, and look natural. I was impressed by how the dental assistant made sure to keep removing the water from my mouth to manage my fear of choking when tipped back. I was impressed how smoothly the entire procedure --- from drilling to filling to polishing-- went. There was virtually no wait time, and Dr. Beecher and his talented staff worked very efficiently so I was out in two-thirds of the time I had allowed. They are so friendly and caring. I love it there--- and that's something you hardly ever hear someone say about a dentist office. Plus, I love that they use quality, proven 3M dental materials. That's a big plus in my mind.
