I switched to Kimball & Beecher Dentistry about 5 years ago. It was the best change I've ever made!! The hygienist and doctors are always professional and knowledgeable, although I'm fortunate and have had only two cavities EVER. I would never go anywhere else and have relatives that go to Kimball & Beecher on my recommendation, they love it!

Not very happy with how they do their payments and billing. Never told what I actually owe. I leave the office thinking my balance is taken care of and then get a bill and have to do a bunch of investigating to figure out what I was charged for and why it wasn’t explained. The dentists and nurses are always kind but to me that doesn’t outweigh the customer service staff that are not very friendly on the phone and seem to care less if you give them your business. Sad, but we will no longer be customers at Kimball and Beecher.

Dr. Beecher and his staff makes a visit to the dentist not one of dread. Always impressed with how staff put you at ease and keep you informed about what they are doing or the what /why they are recommending for your teeth care. Would highly recommend them for any dental work needed.

He is kind, caring and gentle and has our individual needs first and foremost in his mind. His staff is excellent and as far as we're concerned, there is only one dentistry in Waterloo and that is Kimball & Beecher.

Staff seems caring and interested in patients. Usually pretty easy to get in for appt. when needed at specific times. Some concern with time frame on braces since it was said to be 18 months and now at 2 years- teeth had gaps and uneven and we had to point this out a few times.

I went recently for a bad tooth and a cleaning, excellent care and what an Outstanding Staff they listen to my needs and concerns and provide an overall perfect atmosphere in a dentist office.
