Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry in Waterloo is wonderful. I was searching for a new dentist for my son and I and they were the most flexible to work with and the friendliest. Dr. Anderson is amazing working with and the front office staff is amazing, especially Nikki! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for their dental needs :)

We have been customer with this place for over 5 years, not anymore.

When we ask to not use fluoride on us, and reminding them each time we go in, and they still put it on on our kids, even after asking them to put it on our charts, then that's where I draw the line.

Look we are not some crazy guys who shelter their kids from everything that's out there, but we get enough fluriode trough our toothpastes, and we do not need them to add any more than that. I feel like that was not too much to ask for. That stuff is beeing pushed on us like crazy every time. A no is a no. No matter how many times you ask us.

If you want to loose potential life time customers like that, fine. There are enough dentists out there that are going to be glad to have us as patients.

Was quoted a price for a procedure, paid that amount in the office that day.....2 weeks later get a bill for almost 300% more then I was quoted. I would have never had the service done in the first place had I been quoted the amounts correctly the first time. Had been a customer of theirs for over 15 years, but will be looking elsewhere now. Guess that is how they are paying for all of their new fancy offices. Greediness as well as lack of customer service will negatively hurt your business in the long run.

I started out as a new patient this January 2107. Everyone was great my first visit. Explained everything to me. I found out i needed a periodontal quadrant cleaning and 3 fillings. Total cost 1,200 for my entire dental plan. So before i left i scheduled my 1st periodontal cleaning for today. Kelsey did it. She was very hasty at first but once i reiterated 2-3 times i want to know whats going on she tried to slow down and explain things. I could tell i was "slowing her down" though. As i was asking questions we discovered they did not schedule my filling today as well so I asked should i come back a different day or is there time to do the filling today. Kelsey insisted i could be seen today. However after my cleaning was completed i was asked to sit in the waiting room. I waited 20 mins. Then i was placed in a back room for an hour and throughout that hr i heard the staff whispering about me. Making comments thst I refused to leave. And insisted on being seen. When the reality is Kelsey did not want me to reschedule my apt today. I would have gladly rescheduled. After that i paid $455 in cash and left. Needless to say i never got my filling. And have taken my business elsewhere. I am very displeased in my experience at Kimball and Beecher. They were extremely rude and petty towards me.

I had put off doing a root canal. Retirements, a relative with a brain tumor, and a son who moved all came first and I put myself last. I ended up in distress. It had been over two years and I felt bad about calling them to see if they would do something. They got me in that same day and never made me feel bad about not coming in sooner. The staff was awesome. After years of putting everyone else first and myself last, they put me first that day. Thank you!

Different dentist every time. They always say "last time you saw X who isn't available today so you will see Y." I have not seen the 1st dentist I had since I've returned. I also recommend confirming the patient responsibility amount with your insurance provider. I had been overcharged every time so I now tell them to send the bill after it goes through my insurance. In their favor they did issue a check for the over payments but only after I discovered it and called. They were not applying the money to my next visit, they didn't tell me I overpaid or anything. If I didn't catch it I would still be over paying. Customer relations can be hit or miss I'd say 50/50. In the process of finding a new provider.

Kimball and Beecher is an extremely friendly group of professionals, from the receptionists/front desk people to the dental assistants and dentists. They make your visit as pleasant as possible. They have comfortable chairs, a tv to your choice of channels, and you always get a nice going-away packet with dental goodies, lol. They also try to keep you up to what your insurance allows for appointments. We often have Dr. Bouck or Anderson and they are both excellent, but everyone there is very good.
