Dr. Sass's staff are all professionals and made me feel quite comfortable after losing my dentist of 14 year to retirement. I didn't think he could be replaced. Fortunately after an appointment with Dr. Sass. I knew I had found my new dentist. I had needed a new bottom plate and after a few appointments and fittings, I had the perfect bottom denture. My husband and I both go to West Lakes and we love it! We joke that if he never makes a good decision ever again, he at least made the right one by choosing West Lakes to be our dentist. Sheri at the front desk is hilarious, warm, and welcoming; the hygienists are conversational and professional; and Dr. Sass is kind and knowledgeable. Before we had our baby they emailed us to check in and then sent us a card congratulating us after. This office feels like family and is actually fun to go to!
