Such a great experience! Just moving here from CT and not having a dentist in IA, I was very nervous going in for my appointment. From the friendly receptionist, my hygienist Cindy making me laugh my whole appointment, and Dr. Frette bring extremely kind, my nerves were calmed immediately! Dr. Sass and his team are phenomenal! From the lady at the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Sass himself everyone was friendly, accommodating, and really made you feel comfortable. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year and both my hygienist, Anajenette, and Dr. Sass himself were very supportive, informative, and went above and beyond to offer great care. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends .. there is no better place for your oral care needs!

Went above and beyond in every aspect, all while following safety procedures due to Covid. West Lakes has changed my view from never wanting to go to the dentist, to looking forward to it! I needed a last minute appointment, and even though they were fully booked for the day, they managed to squeeze me in just to get me some antibiotics and schedule a time to fix my tooth. It was 30 minutes before they closed and you'd think they'd be worn out and ready to go home. But everyone was so upbeat, cheery and singing to the radio! Such sweet people, definitely recommend West Lakes!!

The staff treated me like family. I have been there twice, once for a cleaning and once for a cavity.
When I went for my cleaning, I was extremely nervous because I had previously only had my teeth cleaned by my own family run dentistry, who closed after my Uncle retired many years ago. Although I was hesitant, West Lakes Family Dentistry made me feel at ease, and were very friendly and reassuring.
I came back due to one cavity that needed to be filled and once again, they went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable.
I will recommend their practice to everyone that I can! I am actually looking forward to my cleaning and seeing everyone again.

I saw Dr Aubrey Frette and her team and they absolutely amazing! I have the worst anxiety with dentist and I actually was able to stay calm and I didn’t feel a thing and she did a very good job! I have all ready made my next appointment!! Also have to give Sheri at the front desk a shout out, she was super friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable when I got there, like I been coming there for years!

I have so many good things to say about this place. They have been my dentist for two years now. They run on-time. I do not think I have ever spent longer than five minutes in the waiting room. The staff is not only friendly but also flexible. When a recent appointment coincided with a snow storm they fit me in two hours earlier. They are also straight forward with their recommendations. I have never felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didn't need. All in all I recommend them highly.

Great office! Everyone is so welcoming. Great communication. I have been going to this office for a few years now. I attached a picture of my son's first dentist appointment (from 2 years ago) as it went so well and everyone made him feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office for ALL ages.

Everyone was SUPER friendly, from reception to the technicians and the dentist, the whole visit was just ridiculously pleasant, like all the employees are happy to be alive and even happier to be working there. I had a lot of questions as an uninsured, dentist shy, habitual anti-flosser and everybody was helpful and patient. I’ve only ever had male dentists at other places, so I never knew how annoyed I was by condescending mansplaining and soft bullying about my teeth until I met Dr. Aubrey Frette at West Lakes and had a normal adult conversation about my dental options. :) VERY happy to have found a great dental practice!
