I've been going here for approximately 15 years. This used to be a smaller dentist office with an incredibly friendly staff at the front desk that knew who I was when I walked in. I had the same friendly hygienist every time and she was great!
Recently they moved to a larger space, hired more staff, and most of the old staff no longer works there. It's a shame. They seem more concerned with profits and selling you extras, than with the great and friendly customer service they were known for. Every time I go there, there has always been high turnover, and I never see the same people at the front desk, the same hygienist, or even the same dentist.
I'm very disappointed to say I will be looking for a new dentist with friendlier service and that is less profit centered.

I love this office. There's others closer but I'm willing to drive a little ways to stay with this group. Everyone, from reception, hygienists and doctors, are amazing. Friendly, quick and concerned for their patients comfort.i hadn't been in a year for various reasons. They didn't give me a hard time but were clear that my oral health was their priority. Also, they moved up a floor and expanded their office. It's huge and very modern. In all the years I've been coming here i have never had to wait more than 5 mins. This is the only dentist office i have consistently stayed with because they make it so easy.

All of the staff is so great! Dr. Don Keith greeted me by name and everyone there is very personable. Taylor was my hygienist, and she was amazing! So very efficient and professional, yet very easy to talk with and fun! I always have good experiences at this office. Would highly recommend.

I love my hygienist, she's terrific and the only reason I still go here. I am not a fan of the new rotating dentist thing. I also dislike the way they keep trying to push extra services that are not medically necessary. Is my smile perfect? No. Do I care? No. Do I need a dentist I've known for exactly 90 seconds to critique a tooth I've lived with for 50 years? No.

Jonathan and Brittany are the best if you need something like a filling replaced or gum surgery. I had to have both this year. They always make me feel at ease and work really well together. Dr Jonathan is enthusiastic and makes me feel really confident in what has to be done and the results. I’ve had a ton done on my teeth in my lifetime and I wouldn’t want anyone else. Thanks!

Best dentist I've ever gone to. My teeth have never been taken care of so well so much so that I don't mind at all driving 20 min to get to my appointments. For the first time since I started going to the dentist, I have not had to have a cavity filled and have not had any pain from sensitivity. Great for young children as well!!

I have been at this office for almost 20 years. There is no better office out there! Even though they only see me and my family twice a year, they know us when we walk in the door. They ask about my adult children that no longer live in the area. The hygienists and dentists in this practice are the best! Gentle, thorough, and efficient! I recently had a filling chip off and they were able to get me in the same day for an evaluation. Instead, Dr. Brooke was able to repair it during the same appointment. I appreciate that they respect my time.
