They have the most up-to-date equipment. The office is very clean and the dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable. I love Taylor… she listens to my questions and concerns and is very good at explaining things so that I understand them. I highly recommend Keith & Associates.

it was my first visit with a new dentist. I had been with my previous General Dentist for over 10 years. I was very apprehensive. Taylor made me feel very at ease. she explained the procedures to me and answered any questions I had. I always have questions and my former dentist would gladly educate me. it was no different here. There were just more procedures to which I had to be educated. She was very efficient and took her time with me. I did not feel rushed and I feel Keith & Associates will be a smart choice for my future treatments.

I was referred to this place by a coworker. First time visit, I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness. However, I wasn't talked about any cost up front before any procedures have started, which was alright since I liked the place and decided to become a loyal patient for life. A front desk billing
employee, Megan, with such an attitude that needs to be fixed, otherwise I will have to take my bussiness somewhere else where I can get my questions and inquiries answered.
She just wants you to pay and leave without any explanation of charges. she get defensive and irritated with a tone in her voice.

What a great experience! The staff was so kind and energetic, really made my visit enjoyable. My hygienist, Sharon, was top notch! Carried on easy conversation and talked me through each step before performing the task. Dr. Ekta was excellent too! She was very informative on my next dental care steps and kept the visit positive. Hands down the best dentist appointment, I would recommend this team to everyone!

How often can one say they’ve visited a dentist and absolutely nothing about it was uncomfortable?! We can! Our experience with Keith & Associates has been fantastic from the very beginning. From the second you step off of the elevator, you are greeted with smiles. The front desk is incredibly friendly. There is a large, open waiting room where we’ve yet to ever “wait.” It may be a couple minutes max before you will hear your name called. And then…Dr. Bill. It goes without saying that he genuinely cares about his patients. He cares about their comfort. Our daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. He communicated through each step of the procedure and made sure she wasn’t uncomfortable. He’s compassionate about his patients. We don’t ever feel like “just another number” in his office. Dr. Bill, nor his staff, ever seem rushed or hurried to get you in and out. We are super thrilled to have found a great dentist, one that our family will go to for all of our future dental needs.

I had a tooth repair before covid hit. I had a problem with the repair at the beginning of the covid lockdown. I was told by someone on the staff that answered the phones not to worry, after the covid restrictions loosen up and infections diminish to schedule an appointment and the work would be fixed as part of the warranty.that the dentist provides. Tried scheduling an appointment for the warranty repair and was told the dentist will not honor the warranty now. I always thought this was a pretty good dentist but now i am rethinking that. I wont be back.
