Keith + Associates Dentistry

This was my first visit to Keith + Associates Dentistry. A close friend recommended them and I am very happy with my whole experience! From my first phone call to my actual visit, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered.

I highly recommend them as well and look forward to new dental experiences with them!

Most excellent dental practice! Dental work is great. Front office staff is awesome. My hygienist, Brandy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and works without judgment. Can't say that I've ever loved going to the dentist, but this practice offers the best experience I've ever had.

I was very impressed with everything about your office and staff. Megan helped me so much completing my paper work. Dr. Brooke and Lauren were awesome.as well. I left there knowing I will be coming back very soon. Dr. Brooke is my dentist now.

Really very good dental care carried out by personable professional dental receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentists. Dr. Zach and his team using leading edge technologies to produce amazing durable crowns. I even went a shade (or 10) EVEN WHITER 😁and it's actually called "Hollywood". Seriously, I received top notch and sensible advice from Dr. Zach and his team, the nurse is/Priscilla. From everything to billing and the actual crowns/replacement teeth I thoroughly have enjoyed all my visits to this dental practice. My kids go here as well, so yes they all are completely worth entrusting with the long term of care of most peoples' prized first impression asset - their smile.

My regular dentist is retired so I was very nervous going to a new dentist that I picked out from a Google search for a broken denture repair. But I was in very a wonderful surprise and it deserves a detailed review.

After a very warm greeting and welcome I checked in with Sylvia and told her immediately that I did not know how to work on the I Pad that needed to be filled out with my information. She unhesitantly and gladly took me into the waiting room and did all the data entering of my information for me. She was so nice and pleasant to work with.

Then Sara came out to take me to the examination room and was very warm and pleasant as well and glad to help me get the x-ray done. She stayed with me the whole time when Dr. Bill Keith came as well. Never felt so “taken care of” like that before. After the doctor took the impression for my new denture she ever so gently scrubbed off the impression material that splattered on my mouth and face. Then gave me a wet towel to scrap off a section that was stuck on pretty hard and had me get that off because she did not want to hurt me trying to scrap it off herself not being able to feel the pressure it would take to get it off. So considerate and sensitive.

The doctor came in and was a very good listener and heard my comments and questions and responded to everything to my satisfaction. I was very comfortable with him as well. He got my broken denture fixed up the very next day so I would have it while waiting for the new denture to be made. That meant so much and so much easier not having to struggle with eating while waiting. Felt so well looked after and taken care of again.

I asked Rianne if she could give me the figures for the cost work up for my bill. She immediately printed and gave me a copy of the cost details. Then she explained to me a part of the information I did not understand. More gracious treatment and good care.

It has been many years since personal care and service has vanished from the business world. At 82 years old I well remember it being most important and necessary to give excellent care and service in treating patients and customers being the norm and a given if you wanted to stay in business. We have all had to get used to that not being the way it is any longer. Thus my great surprise and joy to see the general tenor in the overall atmosphere
of your workplace. And it was all genuine and natural not from some programmed training.

It will be my most pleasant opportunity to highly recommend you and share my experience with you to anyone that needs a referral for dental needs. I will be proud to do that.

My thanks and appreciate to you all. Such a blessing to experience in our current day of such great trial and stress and difficulties where so many have become embittered and take it out on anyone nearby .

This was my first appointment. I am very impressed with my visit today! They went above and beyond to make this the best experience. Jamie was my hygienist and she was simply amazing! She explained everything as she was doing it and was very personable. I’m very pleased to have found my new and permanent dentist! I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!

Keith and Associates is immaculately clean. All of the staff is beyond pleasant and extremely accommodating. My hygienist was very personable and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one promptly. This is the best practice and i highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

Keith + Associates have been my dentist for the past 2-3 years. I wish I would have heard about them sooner. Today April 19, 2022 they replaced a very old crown with a new crown made while they were completing 2 fillings for me. Very positive experience.
All were friendly helpful & professional. I am very satisfied with their state of the arc equipment, procedures & customer care.

My new SMILE is life changing (seriously)! I've had problem teeth since childhood (extractions, crowns, root canals, fillings, and bridges) and was reluctant to smile and hated pictures of myself. I spent about a decade pondering a complete smile make-over to bring some continuity to this hodge-podge, but didn't want a fake Hollywood smile or Chicklet teeth. Finally after consultations with multiple dentists I decided to invest in myself and chose Dr. Bill. (note - I intentionally waited about 6 months to write this review after living with my new smile for a bit.) Let me tell you, my life has changed in ways I can't explain and certainly didn't expect. My confidence in every area (not just my smile) has increased and I smile bigger and more often than ever before to the point my family and friends have commented on it. Now I say bring on those photo ops!!
THE DETAILS: Both the experience and the cost scared me, but Dr. Keith and his team made me comfortable every step of the way answering ALL the questions this self proclaimed control freak had (I especially appreciated his honesty/explanation when the answers were things I didn't want to hear that just weren't possible with my case, or wouldn't look right). His assistant Sarah was not only amazing at her job, but was like my personal security blanket making me laugh and even holding my hand at times.
While the cutting edge technology this office offers made some parts of the process quicker and easier, Dr. Bill's dedication to his patients and craft ensured he would not stop until we were both 100% satisfied with the final product. I also appreciate how he recommended and seamlessly partnered with Dr. Audra Ward, my fantastic periodontist who did the work on my gums.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you and your team for your skill, kindness, patience and professionalism. If anyone is considering this kind of work I can't recommend this practice enough.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 17+ years. Anxious was an understatement. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist himself. This practice impressed me beyond words. They made sure my first visit was as comfortable as possible and talked me through step by step what procedures they would be doing. The practice is extremely clean. Social distancing is executed throughout. Everyone is professional but so incredibly personable. You feel like you're being taken care of someone who truly wants to help better your dental problems. I have scheduled a few more future appointments through them so I am excited to have them take care of me even further. Highly reccommend.
