Phenomenal customer experience today (Saturday).
Had after hours major front tooth chipped and received rapid call back response and same day fix, all done with exceptional attitude & care (I would be grumpy to get called in unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon).
They have always taken care of my basic dental needs very well & efficiently but today showed me why having the right dentist relationship is critical. There is clearly a culture of taking care of the patient first and that’s why I use and recommend Keith & Associates.

Hands down this is the best dental practice and here is why I think so:
• When my son had 2 cavities, their technology was less painful and we were done quickly.
• The staff is very friendly & efficient. I get reminders via text and a call from Sandi in scheduling so I don’t miss an appt.
• We get in & out so they stay on time with the patient schedule and we can count on not spending hours waiting.
• I haven’t been late but a few times. They are very flexible if I call to let them know in advance, of my appointment time, and Gina works with me if she can.
• The same staff is there time after time, even year after year! It says ALOT about how employees are treated if the turnover rate is almost non-existence.
• The dental hygienists have flat screens in each of their offices in case you are handling younger children and need a little distraction.
• When a scheduling conflict has come up for me in the past, they’ve added me to their standby list and I’ve been called within a day for an opening.
• There is a “Goody Basket” for the kids when they are finished with their visit and it’s not full of cheap toys that make moms cringe.
• When my dental insurance was not accepted at the Keith practice, my family and I went to another dentist practice. They were rude, had a very high turnover rate and after a year, we’d had enough. When I called Keith & Associates back, not only did they accept my dental plan again but they welcomed us back. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. Several years later, we’re still there.
Long, but I had to say why we love them so! The practice and the people there are keepers!

All of my visits to Keith & Associates are very pleasant from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentists. Everyone is extremely professional and concerned about their patient’s comfort making every effort to accommodate any particular needs. The hygienists and dentists explain everything they are going to do and are willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Keith & Associates to anyone considering a new dentist!

Always a great experience! If you need a dentist, this is a fantastic choice! Both Dr Keith’s (father and son) are super nice, very considerate towards any discomfort and offer the latest technology. Their staff are awesome, resourceful and patient. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!
