I would give 0 stars if I could. This man performed procedures on my daughter without our permission and refused to take responsibility for his actions. It costs us thousands of dollars in repairs and we never even got so much as an apology. Do not take your children to this monster. His hygenists are more concerned with rushing from one patient to the next then patient care.
Response: I would love to see the treatment proposal you claim to have for the root canal and temporary filling. I too have all of the paperwork and most certainly did not give permission for a root canal and temporary filling (as discussed in detail in November 2017). My number has not changed if you have changed your mind about returning my call personally and discussing your mistakes. You were not at all focused on patient care or you would not have placed a temporary filling and then let it rot out her permanent tooth because you refused to finish the job. The only reason she had to go under sedation to complete the work is because you let the temporary filling rot out her tooth during the 6 times we came to visit you that year. It was no longer a filling, it had to be pulled and a spacer placed due to your neglect. You checked it every time and said it was fine then a week later another dentist said it was rotted past the point of saving. The anxiety came from your rude and impatient staff.
