Boynton Family Dental Arts

I was warmly greeted by a very professional staff. The waiting area is cozy, comfortable and welcoming. My cleaning and exam were courteously and quickly completed so that I could be "on my way" to a full day. I had several dental questions which were thoughtfully and thoroughly answered. This type of experience makes it.... "easy to go to see the dentist!"

Extremely pleased with friendliness, care and skill of everyone in this office. I had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist before experiencing the Boynton team. I had all an old injury to a front tooth and ended up having all 4 front teeth replaced. The end result is phenomenal. Love these guys! Patty H

I can not say enough about this dentist office as a whole. From the Front desk scheduler, front desk manager, Michelle the hygienist, Dr Kreg Boynton himself and oh lets not forget about the beautiful bearded collie Baron. This team has customer service down to a science. I am terrified of dentist always have been but I had to find a doctor to perform a root canal. Read the reviews for Dr. Boynton/office and decided to give them a try. What did I have to loose at this point my tooth was killing me. Michelle called me back and explained so much in detail of everything I will need done for not only the root canal but going forward. Still nerves and crying at this point( I hadn't even been touched), Dr. Boynton came examined me and assured me I would be okay. Obviously seeing I was almost have an anxiety attack, he told me he would give me a sedative and I would not know what happened....all the while I am still crying and thinking to myself you are a very nice dentist but I will believe it when its over because nothing works. Needless to say 2 weeks later I had an awesome experience with this Dr. and his staff and I have told all friends and family members about his office. I am hooked. Patient for life :-) Superb, extraordinaire are just a few words I would use to describe Dr. Boynton and his staff!

I have never met someone so dedicated to continuous education. He and his team are amazing. You really feel like they roll out the red carpet for you.

Great place, friendly folks... They even have a therapy/service dog wandering about, always ready for some loving.

I love Boynton Family Dental Arts. I have a lot of anxiety re: going to the dentist and Morgan always checks in with me during my cleanings to make sure I'm doing ok. Dr. Boynton is incredible personable and friendly as well, and I have never had a better dental experience than I do here!

1 year ago I got a crown. Today it fell out. Definitely not going back to this place to get it fixed. I’ll go to a more experienced dentist. Quality doesn’t always come from places in nice areas. Never again.

These guys are simply the best! I had a root canal done and it’s awesome. Well as awesome as a root canal can be. Thank you to the entire team!

While Dr. Kreg Boynton is alreadly known to many in the area as very literally being the best dentist in Wichita, Kansas, (easily one of the best in the country), this review isn't just about him.

His staff and facilities are also on a completely different level, calming me down and making me feel like a person that mattered, after growing up poor and having some very bad experiences at low-cost dentist offices. They were kind and courteous. They were ALSO extremely professional. The Boynton staff cared about the quality and artistry of their craft, while making sure that I was as comfortable and calm as I could be, during such a heavy procedure.

Today is my birthday... and it's the first one that I've ever been seen happy and smiling ear to ear. Ever. I can smile at my little kids with a friendly and inviting smile, instead of being such a frightening mess, or being mean to them due to always being in pain. I don't constantly worry about dying from infection and leaving them to fend for themselves the way I had to.

My life is better. I owe that to Boynton Family Dental Arts... and this is the most painfully honest review I could write. Thanks for the happy birthday.
