I made an appointment for a CONSULT with Dr. Boynton. After waiting a month to see him I went in, an assistant took a pano, and then sent me on my way. I didn't even get to see the doctor. When I was making the appointment on the phone, I requested, and was told I would be signed up for the monthly insurance program they offer, which would include the $300 pano x-ray. Apparently they didn't put this in my notes, as they said they did, and didn't sign me up, therefore I was charged. I called the next day to let them know I should've been signed up for the insurance, and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't because the appointment was yesterday. Their lack of communication skills costed me $300. Maybe if I received the services I made the appointment for, (a consultation with Dr. Boynton) I wouldn't be as upset, but again, I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. They didn't offer anything but an apology. This is unacceptable.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to go to this dentist because I wanted to remove all the mercury fillings in my mouth and it was important to me that they use a rubber dam in the process so I don't accidentally ingest the mercury. Dr. Joseph Houlik was great! He spent time discussing my options, wasn't rushed, and did not pressure me to make any hasty decisions. Ashley, his assistant, was very knowledgeable and caring. The facility is gorgeous and the staff friendly. I only regret I did not get to meet the dog. I wanted to take a selfie with him. Maybe next time.

Had a dark spot in between two teeth and freaked out. Dr. Kreg and Stacy said it looked like a stain, but to truly put me at ease they gave me a wing bite x-ray to show me it was just a stain not a cavity. This is why Dr. Kreg is my dentist he goes above and beyond what is expected.
