I had a mini implant placed back in 2015. I am now having it removed due to infection and bone loss around the implant. Dr. Wright could’ve done a better job in my honest opinion. That was way expensive for the results I received.

Dr Christopher Polk is phenomenal at what he does. Went in for extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges and fillings. I am someone that doesn't like to go to the dentist like most people, but I kept going back to see all the work that needed done thru. Not an easy order to fill, looking back now at all of it; it was worth it and my procrastination / Resistance didnt keep me from returning. I have to attribute that to Chris an the staff that supports him.

My family (wife, 2 kids & I) have been going to Cambridge for 20+ years. Even during a short divorce (I remarried same 1st wife) the only thing we didn't split up was Cambridge. Have never had a unhappy moment there, they are alway carrying, nearly painless and helpful in every way. Dr. Wright allowed me to pay my bill over time early on when the money was tight. Nicest medical people I know from top to bottom. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. I've had tons of work including implants and everything is working great. GO - YOU COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE....

Staff is rude and incompetent. Dr. Vessali is terrible. Every time I showed up for an appointment she had no idea what she scheduled me for, therefore never following through on what she had originally told me she was going to do.Had to start recording calls from them since they were charging me full price for something my insurance covered and trying to bill my insurance for a procedure I never had there! Scam artists!! Question every bill! Read your insurance claims!! The cost of my crown has changed 5 times in the past 2 months.

The dentist charged me almost $8000.00 to implant front teeth in my wife. He claimed to be a specialist. 4 years later I noticed her breath smelled terrible and shortly thereafter her teeth fell out. Her mouth was infected! During this time of sickness, she was having problem with her organs she became septic and died! I am sure t was from the infection. Needless to say I have a strong contempt for this so called dentist! He lied to us. He was incompetent and I believe helped cause her death. Even Vancamiacin didn't touch the infection. Even though it wasn't deliberate all the same he shouldn't taken on this procedure he wasn't qualified for! WARNING HORRIBLE!

After being a patient at Cambridge Family Dentistry for 8 almost 9 years and paying thousands of dollars for treatment, my appointment was canceled and my bill sent to collection for $24 instead of notifying me, I was just in the office In August 2020 and they said nothing to me about a balance being due?!!!! I am most perturbed about it and am considering looking for a new dentist (any recommendations?)
