Don’t go to this place they are shady! I’ve been going here for years and at my last cleaning, they supposedly “lost” the dental X-rays of my teeth, told me I need to have one done before continuing and when I told the ladies I can’t do it unless it’s covered under my insurance she said it’s fine, if it’s not she’ll write it off… I got a $150 bill in the mail weeks later. Called the office and they just kept going back and forth not caring about my situation they just wanted the money, I eventually gave up and had to pay it. Never going back don’t trust these people.

Dr Pierce seemed quite nervous and mentioned he had seen a procedures in class but never did the procedure on a person. ( Removing a healing cap from an implant.) He didn't give up. He said his pliers kept slipping off & couldn't get good grip on it. Kari his assistant seemed to have more knowledge than he did on the procedure. He worked on it so long & rough my jaw & gum are super sore still. That was 4 days ago. I'm still having to rinse with warm salt water. I hope & pray he knows what he's doing. I have to see him in a month. Please pray for me and him.

Fantastic staff! I use Dr. Herrman, he did a great job on my implant and routine care. Once he was out and I saw Dr. Johnson, and I really liked her too. We have used several hygienists and REALLY liked them all, some of the best ones I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of dentists over the years and have had a lot of work done, and the quality of care here has really impressed me.

The people at Cambridge are wonderful!! Especially, Lindsay, the hygienist I had today. She was very thorough and made sure to walk me through the process and kept checking in to make sure I wasn't in pain. Great experience!!
