I was treated very poorly for missing a couple of appointments and was told frankly I don't care if you ever come back here again by Dr Sevaly and also had a very poor job done on a crown I paid allot of money for that ended up having to be pulled after the tooth breaking off from decay because of the poor quality of crown

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE TO EACH PROBLEM OF THIS FACILITY:"Best in painless, state-of-the-art dental care." NATALIE SAYS: "PAINLESS WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING I HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DENTISTS INCLUDING THIS ONE FOR A ROOT CANAL. THAT WAS DONE FROM A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AT THE FACILITY,BUT THEY HAD MESSED UP AND ASKED ME TO COME BACK TO PULL OFF THE PORCELIN CAP AND GET SOME DECAY THAT THEY HAD MISSED. THAT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THIS HOWEVER I HAD A MOLAR EXTRACTED LEFT SIDE BOTTOM AND BY LAW YOU MUST LET THE INJECTED NUMBING SEDATIVE SET IN FOR AT LEAST 15 MIN BEFORE EVEN ATTEMPTING TO PULL THE DECAYED TOOTH. HE HOWEVER WAITED ABOUT MAYBE 8 MINUTES GRABBED THE INSTRUMENT, PULLED MY CHEEK BACK SO HARD I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO RIP. I PHYSICALLY FELT THE FIRST PULL A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE TOOTH SLID UP IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!" THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME NITROUS OXIDE AS THEY DID IN THE BEGINNING WHICH AS I HAVE SAID I HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DENTISTS, THIS WSA MAINLY AIR NOTHING WAS FELT OF COMFORT OR COMPASSION WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY PROCEEDED THEN TO PUT 8 OR SO MORE SHOTS IN MY MOUTH I MAY HAVE HAD ABOUT 14 SHOTS I'M NOT SURE. THE PROCEDURE TOOK OVER 2 HOURS AND 45 MIN AND A 15 MIN BREAK FROM THEM PULLING ON MY CHEEK SO FAR BACK FOR A STRAIGHT TWO HOURS WAS EXCRUCIATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! I KEPT SAYING I WAS SORRY THIS WAS SO DIFFICULT THE CAUSE FOR THAT WAS IT WAS A MOLAR AND IT WAS RIGHT BEHIND A ROOT CANAL THAT HAD A PORCELIN CROWN IN IT. (OBVIOUSLY HE DIDNT WANT TO WASTE HIS PRECIOUS TIME PUTTING THAT BACK IN IF IT WERE TO POP OUT.) THEY WERE NOT UNDERSTANDING WHATSOEEVER ABOUT MY FEARS OF SEEING THE PARTS OF MY TEETH WHICH I QUOTE I GOT SHOWN THE LAST PIECE. I HAVE SEVERE PHOBIAS OF NEEDLES, ALSO WAS TOLD TO THEM, AND BEGGING FOR THEM TO GIVE ME A SMALL BREAK WHICH I GOT 15 MN...OF RIPPING MY CHEEK SO FAR BACK IT ACTUALLY RIPPED. I CURRENTLY HAVE SUTURES IN MY MOUTH AS I AM WRITING THIS AND THEY DENIED ME SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS TO HARD TO (DEAL WITH) I HAVE HAD 4 ROOT CANALS, ONE AT THIS PLACE !, 19 CAVITIES, 4 TEETH PULLED, HAVE BEEN PUT UNDER FOR MY WISDOM TEETH TOTALLY DIFFERENT DR. HE WAS ARROGANT AND RUDE TOO. BUT AT LEAST HE DID HIS JOB RIGHT! I HAVE ALSO NEVER HEARD OF YOU RECIEVING NO TYPE OF PAIN OR INFLAMMATORY MEDICATION NOR AN ANTIBIOTIC AT LEAST AFTER WHAT THEY CALL AN ACTUAL SURGERY. I GOT NOTHING. WHICH I WAS IN HELL UNTIL NOW ITS BEEN ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF. I HAVE A 15 MONTH OLD SON TO CARE FOR NOW I HAVE TO PULL SUTURES OUT OF MY OWN MOUTH. BECAUSE THEY DENIED ME WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT FOR CAUSING THE PAIN THEY PUT ME THROUGH.
