Knowing that I had a problem with a tooth which required extraction and an implant placed, I watched the infomercial with Dr. Wright on TV. His demeanor and knowledge led me to further investigate Cambridge online. Upon reading the bios of the doctors and staff I was impressed by the long tenure and training of each one within the practice. I placed a call for a consultation visit and was scheduled within 36 hours. From the time I walked thru the front door of the office and was warmly greeted by the receptionists to the time I was taken back to the exam room (which was promptly at my scheduled time) I felt at ease. Dr. Vessali and Beth explained clearly the steps involved with the procedure. On the day of the extraction (Dr. Polk and Rosita) and implant procedures (Dr. Vessali and Beth) I was treated with the utmost compassion and care. I would highly recommend Cambridge Family Dentistry.

I went for dentures and implants. First off they told me they couldnt do implants so i just got the dentures. After numerous visits and $3800 for just dentures, i ended up with dentures that looked like they came our of a gumball machine!! They send all their work out to some rinky dink lab. They are way overpriced and what you get looks NOTHING like what you see on their commercial.

I’m a military spouse and about a year ago, prior to moving to another base (therefore needing treatment as soon as possible), I needed some dental work done. I called for an appointment and explained that I was unsure of how my Tricare coverage worked, but found them through the Tricare database. After they checked my insurance by phone, I went to this office for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment for a treatment a month later. 3 days prior to my treatment, I was called and told that my coverage was denied and that I had to pay the full consultation bill. The staff claimed that I was the first military spouse they had since new Tricare changes and that they were misinformed by my insurance. After some back and forth, they determined I was still responsible. After paying the bill, I was asked to remove my initial review on Facebook. However. I want other potential clients to know how this office handles issues when they are the ones at fault. They take zero responsibility. Less than a week later I was able to get into another office with no problem so I’m not sure where the confusion was here.

The assistant hygienist Yessenia was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, caring and knowledgeable. She is absolutely amazing and has truly impressed me with how much she cares about what's best for the customer.

Everyone was friendly, but when we first went in , I ask if the $9,000.00 was going to cover every thing. I told them it was my inheritance money and thats all i had. It was for my daughter. She went in for a fitting, and they wanted to charge her. Well i guess he was' t very nice. He cut it down to $80. But he said, no more charges. Her teeth DO NOT FIT, THE POST ARE SINKING, AND THEY HURT HER. BUT CAN'T GET THEM FIXED UNTIL WE PAY THE $80. MAKE ME REALLY UPSET. $9,000.00 FOR TEETH THAT DON'T FIT AND HAS TO USE GLUE. I am not very happy, i would not tell anyone about him. I guess its all about the money.

Love this place! The people that work here are amazing! Everyone is nice and always to what they can to make me feel so comfortable. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but they make it easy!!

Switched from a very large practice to Cambridge about a year ago and am very pleased. Smaller office with personable people - you're not just a name on a calendar that's getting pushed thru. Definitely recommend Dr Hermann and Dr Johnson!

They are the worst dentists EVER! Don't go here. They don't fix anything and say it's all your fault why your teeth are messed up. They don't even ask what happened. And when something is uncomfortable for you, they just keep working on your mouth. It was the worst experience of my life, and I will NOT being going back even if my teeth fall out of my head.

Have been here before and LOVE the service and dedication of all the staff to the receptionists to Dr Wright :) I WILL be coming here when I am able to afford implants along with Dentures !! HE is the BEST and KNOWS what he is doing a total thumbs up for sure.
