This my second time coming here and the service was great both times. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist made it a pain free experience. Very professional staff I highly recommend this place.

Dentist are way under appreciated, every time one of the team members walked into the room they ask if I was okay every time the Doctor left the room they ask if I had any questions you can't train people to be so caring and sincere it's all in the selection process these folks are great

Had full extractions. Staff was super friendly. Dr. Feltner did an amazing job. He, along with the staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this staff and Dr. Feltner's services to anyone!

Can't really give an actual rating. Was dissapointed that I spent 2 hours to have nothing done to my mouth. I had specifically came in to do an extraction and all I got was a consultation and lots of wait time. I wasn't looking for a consultation. When I made my appointment I requested and emergency exteatuon, when I walked in for my appointment I had said that's all I wanted for today cuz I had little time. Needless to say after 2 hours I had to go back to work and problem tooth is still in my mouth. All I can say is I hope I get another appointment soon before my regular dentist can fit me in before then.

Top rate dental facility! Very friendly staff. I had a hygiene appointment and experienced their new Itero scanner which provides a thorough visual experience of one's dental condition. AMAZING!! Recommend you try it.

The whole staff was very kind and were able to see me on a Saturday. The only issue I had was the after hours emergency number they gave me did not go through to the correct location it was all adds bit overall the staff were lovely and the dental work quality and as pleasant as possible.

Nice staff, clean place BUT very deceptive, I was planning on $2500.00 or so and they cost over $5000.00 when I was unsatisfied there is no recourse or guarantee. Bottom denture does not stay in even with Fixodent eating mashed potatoes asked they leave the bottom longer and they did not, also a loose tooth in the upper already. I NO longer live in Kentucky, will be in Texas soon would like to get them fixed in Baytown but I read where someone else tried to have a repair at a different Aspen Dental and they could not, why not ? I was told I have a 7 year guarantee hahahahahah You will not get a response EVER to a complaint. I never would of hadental work in Kentucky I doid not knowthey just pull and don't care there since most go toothless!!!
