Went to Aspen Dental for the first time last week. Everyone there was very nice, from the front desk to the dentists themselves. The office was extremely clean and neat. Prices for my procedure were very reasonable. First visit and all the x-rays were free of charge. This will definitely be my dentist of choice for the future.

Aspen dental always does a great job on my teeth. Dr. Feltner is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a check-up and cleaning yesterday and it was a great experience. In the three years that I’ve been using Aspen my teeth have improved dramatically.

Friendly staff! They worked my semi emergency situation appointment in next day. I thought I would be sitting around the waiting room for hours so I brought my phone charger but to my surprise I got right in! I met both dentists (it was my first visit to this office) and they put my worries at ease and explained everything to me. Before treatment, the prices for everything were laid out and well explained so I could ask questions about the treatment, alternatives, financing, and scheduling.

Very nice people. Comfortable setting. Floors were dusty and a few bugs laying around. My dentist was great!. Prices are out there roof, not affordable. But they offer free 1st timers initial consultation and xrays if you don't have insurance.

So I want to be clear the staff was very nice, but I spent two hours for a check-up and cleaning and the only thing they did was take x-rays. I was warned not to go here, but I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So to be clear the staff was nice, but I wasted to hours and got nothing that I called and set up the appointment for accomplished. I am also going to check with my insurance to make sure they did not charge my insurance for things I did not get.

By far the best experience I've had with a dentist, Dr Feltner and everyone on the staff at the Somerset, Kentucky office. They're 100 percent focused on the patient and the their needs throughout the process. My only regret is not having this done sooner, God bless everyone on the staff there for making me feel like family.

The first thing I feel I need to say about Aspen Dental in Somerset was that I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and the kind folks at Aspen Dental were super kind and spoke gently and smiled and went out of their way to make me feel like I didn’t have to be scared of the dentist. They even complimented my hair before I left. The office was clean. The thing that meant the most to me in the world was that I was going to a different dentist in 3 days to get my extractions (I needed to be sedated and they don’t offer it) and they were amazingly able to accommodate me and have my dentures ready for me when I got back into town. By the time I got back (about 3 hours) my gums were very sore. They had to give me shots in my gums to numb me to fit me for my dentures. Now keeping in mind I am TERRIFIED of the dentist I was scared to death to get shots in my gums. However, the awesome people at Aspen Dental was very understanding and honest about the fact that it was going to hurt. I had a wonderful boyfriend to hold my hand while I got the shots. Idk how in the world that amazing dentist learned his technique but honestly I barely felt it and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Then when it was all over they all told me that I did a really good job. (Because I did)!!! Recommend any day.
