Aspen Dental

This office is the most dishonest place I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is like the used car dealership of dental offices. In March of 2021 I had a procedure done . My insurance was accepted and I was quoted an out of pocket cost of $76, which I paid at the time. I heard nothing further and returned for my 6 month cleaning and exam in September 2021. At that time they tried to bill me $207.00, even though exam and cleaning are 100% covered by my Veterans Administration Dental Plan. When I informed the staff person that exam and cleaning are 100% covered by my insurance, and refused to pay, the staff person left the room for approximately 5 minutes. When she returned I was told it was a billing error and that I did not owe anything. I thought that was the end of it, but no. A week later I receive a bill in the mail from Aspen in the amount of $187.00. I called Aspen to question what this bill was in regards to and was told it is from the procedure I had 6 months ago in March, for which my insurance had been accepted and I had paid the copayment of $76. I pointed out that my insurance had been accepted and that my copayment was paid. I requested an explanation of why I had received this bill. I was told "I don't know". I requested to speak to a person who would know and was told that this is not possible because the office manager is "out of the office for a couple of days". I was hung up on twice during subsequent unsuccessful attempts to get a hold of this office manager. I then filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. Aspen refused to engage with the Better Business Bureau. The Attorney Generals Office addressed the matter with the Aspen Corporate office in New York. The corporate office indicated that I did not owe any money, that I had in fact been overcharged $8 on the copayment of $76 in March, and they refunded me the $8. I then checked my account at the local Aspen office website and sure enough they still show me owing $187.00. Go anywhere but to this office, everything about this operation is extremely shady.

Definitely would recommend. Very professional, very observant and caring of my needs as a patient. Takes the time to answer any questions. Determined to make sure you get seen as quickly as possible. Really does help you to set up a payment plan. I really love how their work hours are so flexible because they understand not everyone can make it between 9 and 5, we work too. I also want to add the atitudes from everyone I encountered was very warm and welcoming. You don't find that at a lot of places these days. 👍

I have always had a phobia of dentists. That spans back to a time when I was probably five. However, I found myself in an emergency situation and needed relief quickly. I had no appointment, but they worked me in quickly anyhow. Every single member of their staff team welcomed me and made me feel less anxious. Dr. Feltner and Kamryn were the stars of the show, though. I don’t think I’ve ever met a dentist quite as caring and genuine as he is. He walked me through every step of what would happen today and then he carried out the plan so accomplished that I hardly felt a thing. I have more dental work that needs to be done, and Aspen Dental and Dr. Feltner will definitely be who does it!! If you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable dental team, try them out!!

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday for the first time, and my experience was great!! I got there nearly an hour early because I was already in the area, and I was called to go back within minutes. I met several employees while I was there and they were ALL so nice and accommodating. From my first visit, Dr. Feltner told me exactly what needed to be done in my next couple of visits. I was amazed because I was able to come back the next day for a cleaning, and i’m going back tomorrow for a crown. I’m very thankful to get everything done right away instead of having to wait for weeks! Naomi was the dental hygienist that performed my cleaning, and she was wonderful! She is extremely thorough and lets you know everything she’s doing before she does it, which eases dental anxiety so much. Everyone is always so happy and enjoying their jobs, which makes for an amazing and upbeat visit. They also have some of the coolest technology to really see what’s going on with your teeth that I have ever seen. I 100% recommend Aspen Dental, and I will never go anywhere else as long as they are here! :)

I visited Aspen Dental today in Somerset KY. My Dental Assistant was Elizabeth and she made the visit as comfortable as possible considering my aching tooth! Everyone at this office was very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them if your looking for a new Dentist.

This has been the best place to go for dental work in my life! Dr. Feltner has such a kind caring spirit. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist and would put it off as long as I could. I was embarrassed with the condition of my teeth, but he put me at ease. His soft spoken caring demeanor really made me feel comfortable and even though, I still have quite a bit more work to have done, I'm not really dreading it! The staff is also so kind and friendly! I tell all my friends and family to come here!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Every single person I encountered was do friendly and compassionate. Dentist appointments are usually dreadful, but not this time. I look forward to working on my oral health with Aspen Dental. Dr. Feltner was thorough, took my personal thoughts into consideration, and put my anxiety completely at ease.

I was so impressed with Aspen dental! They were so kind compassionate and understanding. Everyone I spoke to made me feel as if my concerns and fears were legitimate and they would be there to help. Finding that in a dentist is a rarity.
