I had a an appointment today with Aspen Dental and met the most amazing staff there. Kindness ,knowledgeable, and so helpful. I would love to have them as my dentistry. Anyone should. The Crest tooth paste for gum desease is just flat out amazing .they gave me a brand new tube and then, gave me another one so I have two tubes that are 6:47 each at walmart. I also got to try an oral B toothbrush before i got one.its nice too.The doctor is very nice and listens to what your need is . I am looking forward to going back Monday to get work so e on my mouth.

I called and made my apt. The next day I recieved a confirmation text. I responded C to confirm. The day of my apt. I arrived 15 minutes early only to find you had cancelled my apt. Your excuse was that you tried to call that morning for yet a third verbal confirmation, but because we don't get cell signal where we live, and my voice mail box was full we couldn't answer the call so you cancelled me. I shouldn't have to put my confirmation in triplicate. I told you twice I would be there and I was. You got me in despite your B.S , and I finally got out of there four hours later. My apt. Was 8:45 am. I didn't leave till one pm. The " dentist" said he would check prices on toothpaste, and never returned. 12 minutes later someone else came to check on me, and finally got me out of there. As I was leaving I seen the same "dentist" drilling on someone else. Basically Aspen dental sucks, and if I ever see another one in this lifetime it will be to soon. What's more is you guys actually called to ask if I would like to schedule a fallow up. Suuuure...let me waist another 4 hours of my life in your waiting room. I don't want to ever here from your office again.

I haven’t been to dentist in a good while so I was a bit nervous about committing to make an appointment. After I got checked in, Marissa ( hope I’ve spelt her name correctly ) was super sweet, she had to take X-rays of my mouth. She was very polite, professional and had patience dealing with me while trying to get the pieces for the X-ray fitted into my mouth. I then seen their hygienist Chelsea ( again hope I spelled her name right as well ) but she was very sweet, very intelligent and seemed like she genuinely cared about my dental health. Those ladies are assets to this office. You definitely want to keep them around. I will definitely make my follow up appointment with Aspen Dental of Somerset, KY

I would recommend finding another office to visit. There has been a change of staff since I first became a patient and it has been nothing but problems. I have made 4 or 5 extra visits to try to straighten things out and will never give them business again. Their receptionist is rude and doesn't have a clue about booking appointments. Also, watch what you are being charged for because we paid for my visit and they decided to add to it after we left and sent us a bill 2 weeks later.
