Supernice people, BUT eventhough xrays were sent to them and a so called checkup, which dr spent 1-2 looking in my daughters mouth to refer us to another dr. 127 dollars later. Not cool

The staff was outstanding! Very polite, informative, professional, and made me feel comfortable. If you have to have dental work beyond a cleaning they are honest and show you up front what to expect financially. They go beyond what is expected and go over your options. I went in for a check up and was told I had 2 cavities and they were able to get me scheduled for the following week for fillings.

My experience at aspen dental was great. This was my first time going to a dentist in a long time so I was extremely nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is amazing and very caring. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dentist office.

My husband went to this Dentist office and he loved them. They are very friendly and he didn’t have to wait long at all. They was busy but he still wasn’t in there long. Highly recommend this company.

The staff is amazingly patient and knowledgeable never rushing around as if my concerns do not matter. Dr. Feltner listened to my issues and took his time caring for my teeth. Everything was explained to me as we went along and what will happen next. Awesome care in a wonderful atmosphere. Five stars is just not enough.

I was there for two hours and fifty minutes! All I wanted was a check up and a routine cleaning. I got a thorough examination, but with all of that time, I did not get what I came in for - a basic cleaning.
I was forced to book online. I made it clear I was only interested in a check up and cleaning. That is what I booked. That is what I told them I wanted. Instead, they did the most thorough review. Many, many X-rays. A gum check by a dental hygienist. The doctors came in and were very patient explaining what they found. It turns out I need a tooth removed and an implant put in. But they cannot do that in Somerset. Instead, I was referred out to a periodontist in Danville. But I've had that problem for five (5) years, and I figure I'll get to it when Covid is over, and I have a lot of free cash flow as the procedures I need are very expensive.
So Aspen Dental gets 5 stars for diagnostics. And they do much of that work at their expense. But to take up almost three hours of my time to tell me what I already knew. Very disappointing. Zero stars. Imagine at the end of three hours, and I was not able to get the very simple cleaning I came in for. I was late for work and even missed a 5PM appointment. One should never have a 2:15 pm dentist appointment and not be out before 5:00pm. At least when nothing is wrong.
I think this place is just too corporate. The doctors seemed competent and nice, but I think they use the diagnostics to prospect for higher margin business like cavities and crowns. If you just want routine check up and cleanings, I'll be looking for a local dentist that respects my time and does the procedures I went to him or her for.
