The staff at Aspen Dental in Somerset are very nice, patient, and professional people. They try to make your visit as comfortable as they can. The office manager Alisa will work with you any way that she can to assist you with your financial needs. Overall great experience.

Staff did a great job and ultimately created a great atmosphere. Seemed like a cohesive team and had some fun at their job, I enjoyed being around that. The dentist is not always a pleasant experience for people but they do their best to try and make it one.

I googled gentle and Aspen came up among others, had a toothache and Aspen was the 4th dentist I called before success to get appt. They took me in quickly and were very ♡gentle, professional, simple safe instructions to follow for corona. My immediate need was handled that day, and went on to give me an affordable medical credit card option to get all my dental needs taken care of finally! Best dental experience ever!

Back in 2018 when I went in it was horrible! I was skeptical to go back but I had to get a dental exam. Today, the service was amazing! From the front office to the dentist to the hygienist! Perfect across the board! I will definitely be back for my six month cleaning!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I moved from out of state and went to Aspen because I recognized the name and thought it would be a good place to start when I was in so much pain from my wisdom teeth I could hardly speak. I had proper insurance (dental but no medical) and before planning a visit I confirmed with Aspen and my insurance company that everything would be covered. Well yeah it would've been had Aspen ever sent over the right x-rays. I've been ignored by the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk girls. I've called several times and been told I would be contacted later and never receive a call. The first time I did get through to the right girl she told me I didn't know what I was talking about that the x-rays were sent over. I had just spoken to the insurance company and when I told her that she said oh you're right. SO RUDE. I am a district supervisor and deal in customer service every day. If one of my employees was ever this rude and sassy to a customer they wouldn't have a job. So here I am, 6 months later, reduced to the thought that a bad review might actually make this whole situation improve. This is the only bad review I have ever left. I recommend ANY OTHER DENTIST in the area if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Dr. was very professional, the dental assistant was very kind and tried to keep me informed of what was happening as she took impressions of my mouth. Great service would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Had a wisdom tooth taken out and the tooth in front of it. Dr worked excellently and kept asking if I was okay and comfortable. Did not like that I had to wait. My appointment was at 6 didn't get out of there until 8. Other than that it was a great visit.

Once I made the decision to have full dentures made..I looked for a dental facility that catered to my long thought out decision. Dr. Feltner was understanding and at the same time, he wanted me to be aware of this transition. I was very impressed and his staff have the upmost respect and confidence in him. So it was easy to feel confident in him. The office is beautiful and everyone is very friendly and professional. I would recommend Aspen Dental for any age group..
