I dont even wanna give any stars. To start off, they wanna be able to strap kids to a board if they become to non-compliant. They told me 2 weeks ago my daughter needed 1 crown and 2 fillings. Cool. We go back the following week, they failed to mention to me she was getting 4 crowns til after they already drilled all her teeth. The parents aren't allowed to talk to the child during the procedure. They barely let me hold her hand. And then they tried to talk about making me the mom, leave the room. Thats not ever gonna happen. So I shut the conversation down. They brought in someone to help keep her calm, that lady was rude about it. The dentist didn't even introduce herself to me. She was getting very angry because my child wanted to see each crown that went in. Dentist response, "you seen one, im not gonna show you all of them just for you to be okay with it". My daughter had never help me so tight for such a long period of time til then. We are never going back. They are disrespectful. They don't know how to talk to kids. And they don't keep the parents informed at all. Not worth going. Oh and, the previous dentist we went to 8 months ago, said her teeth were fine. No crowding and no cavities. Cavities can occur quickly. But how did my child go from perfectly spaced teeth 8 months to crowding and ends up getting 4 crowns? She didn't have any teeth come in or out in those 8 months. They lie over there. And I dont recommend anyone to go to them.
