Taylor Dental is by far the best in Lafayette surrounding area. They staff is so sweet, and they make the visit comfortable as much as possible.My son went in not sayin much due to his tooth being damaged so bad, baby!!!! when he come from the back with the new confidence they gave, He smile more than Eva thanks to all the staff they are truly amazing ..5stars indeed

i drove all the way from lake charles to lafayette for wisdom teeth extraction. rude staff no post op info lets patients walk out to a vehicle under anesthesia without escort went back in to ask if there are scripts or paperwork. the girl at the desk stayed playing on her phone no eye
contact and said she is 18 i dont need to..asked if there were
scripts.. no scripts for meds etc. no we called/sent in. got back to lakr charles 2 hours later no scripts. call them they said come pick them up..they close in an hr. takes 2 hrs to get there without traffic..so my child has to suffer without meds??? will never go back there again

Went for my two children told me to come back when I get mask couldn't find mask close to the place. So I went back home. The rudest person ever.

Called today I know they are closed to speak to dentist on call! Was told my kids never went to their cleaning let alone my daughter havi
ng 4 teeth pulled on Tuesday!! How as a doctor's office can you not keep a CORRECT appointment tracked! So been accused of never being seen and no dentist on call!!! While her tounge is swelling and gums truning purple!!! I'm in a lost for words!!! Beyound upset! Wake up taylor dental! No wonder your losing patients

My kids have been coming here for awhile now. The staff is very informative about what they do. Carla was working with my daughter and she was very pleasant and explained to my daughter everything that they were doing.

I can honestly say they improved from the past couple of years. I've seen new faces a few old ones but these 3 stood out Dr. Kincade,DA Olivia, and DA Carla tho my son cut up child I love the professional state y'all were in. Thank y'all that's enough writing child cause poor baby still crying 😢

Im giving 3 stars ONLY because the front desk/dental associate Marquise was one out of many in the office that was helpful during my appointment. Very sweet and patient! Upon arrival I was told my appointment was canceled by Trisha ahead of time because “she got ahead of herself”. Mind being I‘ve been confirming my appointment every time they’ve reached out to ask about it. At that point I knew the establishment was not professional. Fast forward to getting my cleaning Sloan was scheduled to go to lunch however had to stay to clean my teeth. I wish she had gone! She was so rough , after going home I noticed my gums were swollen under every tooth with a bump. I’ve never experienced such things with just a teeth whitening. I wouldn’t recommend them , maybe find a place that cares and have some type of professionalism.

My daughter went in to pull a back tooth and came up with a chip tooth. Dentist didn't even say anything
about chipping the tooth at all!!!
