This place is actually a 0 star. The staff most definitely don’t come make you feel comfortable, nobody acts like they want to be there, the whole service was just trash, I kept stopping myself from walking out. I hated the service and it wasn’t even a busy day but to each it’s own.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Don't bring your kids here. It's almost guaranteed they will have a tramatic experience every time. Not to mention the unprofessional staff and their inappropriate music. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. They are way too rough and inconsiderate with the kids. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

Don’t put yourself or your kids through an experience here. My 16 month old and I waited well over an hour for them to take him from me screaming and bring him back 5 minutes later still screaming. I wasn’t allowed in the back with him. I pray he is not now traumatized to go to the dentist. I will NEVER go to this place again. It’s honestly not the staff. It’s the structure of how things are done. Just because an office accepts Medicaid should not allow them to treat children like cattle. 30+ people in the waiting room. Probably all had that 1 o’clock appointment.

This time i was very satisfy Ms.Kristen was so helpful. Every time i would take my son i end up having a bad experience but i do like this place cause it's convience and also CLEAN. Last time we went my son needed a new silver cap because it fell out n he thought he could put it back himseld which he did so when we went to the dentist the last dental assistant did not want to hear what i wanted to say. I asked them to replace the silver cap (never happend) n to top it off my son told me that she asked him if the silver cap that fell out his mouth 'is it still tight?' N did nothing. I thank this place for having such a caring person atleast in that building and her name is KRISTEN WITH BLONDE DREADS!

Oh man.. where do I start? I've had every experience happen to my kids and I here. Signed my daughter in for her appointment and after waiting for 2 1/2 hours, I was told that we had to come back on a different day because there was a different dentist who refused to do the procedure needed.
I am currently waiting to HEAR BACK FROM THEM so that my son can have dental work done.
He has a broken tooth and a chipped tooth and I worry daily about him when he complains about the pain.
I took him to his doctor and had him fax them everything needed yet it has been months now and when I call them I'm told to WAIT TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM!
There has to be a better system! Help!

I was very hesitant about this place considering the horrible reviews, however it's the only facility that takes our insurance and my toddler needed to be seen. To my delight, everyone there was very friendly. The wait time was a bit long and I wasn't able to go in with her but they were very kind to her and I could see her through the window.

Edited 3 months later to say that I'm disappointed in their communication. I'm still waiting for my toddler to get several fillings done. They said they schedule once a month because of covid. I'm tired of calling them for information. I quickly got her pre op appt done and spent money on that to ensure that her teeth would be fixed soon. At this rate her adult teeth will be in by the time theyre ready to schedule....

So I made an appt for my daughter to get braces.. This office is so unorganized.. they didn’t do what they were suppose to do .. they decided to clean her teeth instead …like really so as I’m explaining to the nurse that they make a mistake. She then wanted to schedule an app with the orthodontist no ma’am thanks for your service …y’all were too rough for kids.. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AND I MEAN NO ONE

Today I pulled out two of my top wisdom teeth and the surgeon was very rough. He was talking crazy to me….I was done by 10:30 am they didn’t send my meds until 12:00pm. The medicine was worn off by then I felt the pain. Highly wouldn’t recommend.
