So I live out of town with four children. We was 10 minutes late and they refused to see my children. Dentist are a dime a dozen around here. Don't need to drive 25 miles to waste gas and time. This place is rude. And got me sit for 1 hour before telling me my children won't be seen.

my daughter went there in march of this year and was told she needed oral surgery. they scheduled her an appointment. her appointment was scheduled for may 14th and when i called today to check the time i was told that her appointment was never put into the system and now she would have to wait till august of this year and even that isn't guaranteed. they didnt once apologize for their mess up they tried patronizing me and then had the nerve to have an attitude with me. this place is very unprofessional and its sad they feel its ok to do this to children. THEY DON"T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!!! but in order to post this warning i have to

this place is horrible. they make you sit and wait for long periods of time while the hygienist just walk around doing nothing. they are rude and not sincere to anyone. there was a little girl on the side of me crying scared to death and they just watched her. its really sad to see and this place should be SHUT DOWN!!!

This dentist office is terrible. There customer service is horrible and rude. Their not up to date and don’t notify when anything changes. The staff need to go back to school, because they can’t even numb you without feeling pain, they rush, and can’t even do a simple cleaning compared to OMEGA or any other dentistry😩

They do noy allow you to go in the back with your child and they talk to the kids any kind of way mistreating them.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, not willing to help patients, and not very friendly. Take your kids somewhere better because they deserve better than this place, and this is coming from a 22 year old adult.

Staff is just very rude , impatient , especially over the phone won’t be taking my kids back nor myself also didn’t provide a cleaning as they are supposed to ridiculous just being honest from my experience also I want to add that due to COVID I wasn’t allowed in the back with my 5 year old who had 2 crowns put in my anxiety was through the roof that’s crazy
