Dr. Billings and Dr. Levy quite possibly saved my life. You don't hear that often about a dentist, but his attention to detail, meticulous examination and in-office testing led to uncovering a severely deviated septum that needed prompt surgical intervention. I'm forever grateful for him and his entire staff.

Dr. Billings noticed that I checked yes to a few items on his questionnaire. When he began asking about my fatigue, sluggish feeling, etc. I blamed it on the kids and being a parent of two young boys. After his dental exam, he insisted that there could be more to my symptoms. After a chat, we decided to do an in-office Facial CT scan. It's been 4 years since I had one, so I agreed. Everything was promptly scheduled, and their text reminders kept me on schedule.

I did the CT scan, and Dr. Billings pointed out my severely deviated septum and recommended I get a prompt ENT evaluation. I brought a printout of the CT to my next appointment, and I ended up having sinus surgery 3 weeks later.

Immediately after surgery, I knew something was different. After healing, I was sleeping better, breathing better and, sure enough, less sluggish and not reaching for my 3pm coffee. All from going to the dentist.

My teeth look great, too!

Dr. Billings has opened my eyes to understand that dentists are part of the entire medical team, and when using their training to the fullest, they can change lives.

The dental hygienist Jessica is a doll and she does a spectacular job at what she does. The dentist Dr. Billings, however, has very poor bedside manner. He pops in for 20 seconds, demonstrates little concern when addressing his patients and walks off without a simple goodbye. No “have a good day“, “see you later”, “happy holidays” or even “happy new year”. Nothing!! Rude! I mean, even employees at a Mc Donald’s drive-thru display better etiquette than that.

The staff at Billings Family Dentistry go out of their way to make your visit as pleasant and pain free as possible. It’s noticed and appreciated. Nice job, Ernie!

I have been going to Dr. Billings since 2010 as my regular dentist. He is always very professional and is very informative. Recently I have been under treatment for TMJ with Dr. Billings. I have had TMJ for over 10 years. My jaw and neck pain has disappeared with in two months of therapy (I am only half way through therapy). I really like how he looks at the whole aspect of health and body, not just dentistry.

My newborn had a tounge and lip tie. Our pediatrician recommended seeing the team here. We could not have been happier with the outcome and the service. They were booked out for 2 weeks, but saw my need and fit me in much sooner than expected.
Dr. Levy was prompt, very knowledge and immediately made me feel at ease because she understood the struggle I've been having with breastfeeding. The tounge and lip release was done quickly and we were sent home with resources and the cell numbers of Dr. Levy and the oral therapist. She even went so far as to call me that evening at 8:30pm to make sure me and my son were doing well after the procedure. Cant recommend then enough!

I got hit in the mouth about 12 years ago while playing rugby and that started off my issue. The dentist I went to back in the day basically said that nothing was wrong and I was fine. Then like the irresponsible 20 something I was I never went to a dentist for 7 years. I finally decided to adult properly and got dental insurance. Dr. Billings came recommended by several coworkers.

The first time I went in I knew I had found a dentist I would stick with. He didn't shame me for the fact that I hadn't been to a dentist and was very receptive to my concerns. The tooth needed to be taken care of as it had basically eaten itself away and had a bunch of holes in it. Dr. Billings referred me to two different doctors that specialized in other areas so that I would have a full array of options to select from.

I eventually decided to go to him to have it removed and to get braces to close in the space. I don't remember exactly when I got the tooth removed but I do remember that the palate expander went in right before Mardi Gras 2017 as I couldn't drink a beer without it foaming in my mouth. The braces went on around early September 2017 and came off September 2018.

Dr. Billings was great during the whole process. I was basically in his office every week in the beginning and then every month towards the end during this long process from tooth removal to braces removed. He was always willing to answer any questions and to fit me in if I needed something adjusted. He always explained things that were going to happen and made sure everything was good before I left.

I will for sure continue to go to them for years to come. I highly recommend Billings Family Dentistry.

Took my son in for a consultation about a tongue tie. They were so thorough that I found out that he had a few other issues that need to be addressed!! I will definitely be going to them for all of my sons dental needs.

I consider Terry not only my Dentist but my friend. When I was trying to encourage my husband to resume having dental care as an adult (because he was terrified from a childhood experience with another dentist), I confided in Terry the problem that I was having. He offered to just have a consult where he didn't even open my husbands mouth, just a meet and greet, so to speak. Needless to say, his patience, kindness, and skill won my husband over and now, years later, and with all the work that so desparately needed to be completed done, my husband has a smile that he can be proud of. I am forever grateful to Terry, Missy, and Tammy in his office for making that possible.

I was in horrible pain from an abscessed tooth and Dr. Billings fit me in for an emergency visit. He went out of his way to alleviate my pain. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I am very satisfied with my experience.
