Billings Family Dentistry

The work Dr. Billing's has done with my 14 year old daughter is amazing. He keeps us updated on all progress and his technology is very detailed. The staff knows you when you walk in and and you are not just another patient. The wait is minimal. I also like how they decorate for every holiday! :)

Avoid at all costs. Took me two years to write this review and I’m still not over it. Needed a new dentist since my previous one wasn’t covered under my insurance. Saw this place and it had great reviews, but had a horrible experience. Was told I needed a “special cleaning” so I had to come back a different day. Only reason they did this was so they could bill me and my insurance more money. Also I was told I had a possible deviated septum and they wanted to do a sleep study on me? (How are these people qualified do even do that???). Was a total racket when I just wanted my teeth cleaned. Avoid. Plenty of other dentists in the city who won’t put you through this.

I began seeing Dr. Billings almost 15 years ago. He and his staff are wonderful. I had braces put on for the first time as an adult and couldn't be happier with the results. Now, both of my children are also patients of Dr. Billings and truly love him and his staff. They even ask, "When are we going back to see Dr. Billings?" My daughter is scheduled to have her braces on very soon. I wouldn't consider anyone else for orthodontics!

Dr. Levy and team were wonderful! All the of staff encountered were kind, especially to the 5 year old patient. Dr. Levy took a lot of time with my daughter on her assessment, explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed or burdensome.

Everyone there is so nice but totally professional. They remember you and you are not just a patient. The father/daughter dentist duo really care about you. I would highly recommend Billings Family Dentistry.

Billings is the reason I'm still breastfeeding my son now at 7 months. They released his tongue and lip tie at 7 weeks and I'm now off the shields and can enjoy breastfeeding and bonding without the pain and without the worry of not making enough milk. Thank you Dr. Levy and team!

So thankful to Dr. Levy! She came in on Thanksgiving morning to assess my daughter's chipped front teeth after a fall in the tub. I am so appreciative of her willingness to come in and help on a holiday when other places told me I would have until the following week. She was kind, compassionate, and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Thank you Dr. Levy!

We ended up at Dr. Billings 4 years ago due to our insurance. What a wonderful experience it has been! Over the years our experiences have consistenly been excellent! Due to the office going the extra mile, a serious medical condition was discovered by his team. We feel honored and so very lucky to be able to have such a wonderful dentist and partner on our healthcare team.

Staff was courteous. Rene, dental hygienist, was most excellent- professional and personable. And Dr. Billings was very informative, made things simple, and very thorough. See you in 6mo.

So, I am very bad about flossing, which got me in the seat of this office to get fillings. The stress of the daily flossing or my teeth will fall off made my anxiety worse. I felt like I couldn't live up to that goal. I was ready to get the ear full (like my old dentist office would give me) however, Dr. Billings dental hygienist was so sweet and understanding. She listened to my craziness and planted a small seed in my brain. She said to aim for once a week. That goal and sweet tone has never left me and now I am flossing three days a week!! In addition, Dr. Billings did amazing fillings. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in until you walk out. I am so happy I found them. I wish there was a six star option!
