I have been a patient of Dr. Billings for over 10 years. I have never had unnecessary work, cancelled appts, or trouble scheduling a timely, convenient appointment. I went to Dr. BILLING in 2017 because I was having an issue with my tooth, he told me it could be two things I need done. One was a root canal, and the other was a crown. He came back in the room and said I needed a crown,and he reply good because he did not feel like doing a root canal.Every since my tooth been bothering me. I went back three times in one year for that same tooth I also call . He gave me a certain kind of toothbrush and some other stuff to use for my tooth. He also try to make think it was another tooth bothering me. I told him my tooth was sensitive to any and everything I put in my mouth. He told me on my third visit if I come back he would do a root canal for no charge. When I went back the hygentist said in the notes he was suppose to fix my tooth if I came back complaining about my tooth. Mr. billings came in and he over talk me did not let me say hardly anything. I asked can he fixed my tooth because I was in so much pain over the weekend, he refused to anything to my tooth. He didn't even take a look at it. What Dr does this?He prescribed me some meds that I refused, because he promised to fix my tooth. He thinks he came get away with everything because its family owned and he's the owner. He's very rough and he does not care how he treats his customers. But we are the ones paying his bills. I went to another dentist the next day and a root canal was done since then I haven't have any discomfort. I had to pay more money for what he promised to fix. Mr. Billing needs to learn how to treat his patients. He was mean to me and my kids. My daughter's are 4 and 9. My kids came back to me complaining saying the lady was nice but he was so mean.When you are a Dr. You are not supposed to say what you have to say a walk out the room. If you have to say anything he seems very upset!

My grandson was a year old when we first took him to Billings Family Dentistry. When Dr. Terry Billings check him, he immediately advised us that my grandson was tonged tied, which was something the other doctors did not mention.. After my grandson's surgery, we seen improvement RIGHT AWAY. It helped him eat better, pronounce words better, and it even helped him stick his tongue out. I am very pleased with the service we received and continue to receive at the Billings Family Dentistry.

As a first time mother I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Levy, her SLP Ashley and the rest of the amazing team there. I brought my almost 3 month old in because we were having feeding issues related to tongue and lip ties. They provided a thorough examination and explanation of what to expect. They walked us through the process and helped connect us to the resources we needed in Baton Rouge prior to having the release done in their office. With their help, our son is now 6 months old and functioning as if there were never an issue. We are so grateful for their help navigating this and highly recommend having your child evaluated with them if you suspect something isn’t right.

Very frustrated with this clinic’s front desk employees. Originally, when I asked clarification about my follow-up appointment, I received a very rude response that it was not employee’s job but dentist’s job to decide what kind of appointment a patient needs. When I actually came for my appointment, clinic only had 1 (one) thermometer which showed my temperature was slightly elevated which I knew would only be elevated to a hot weather and the fact the lobby itself was very hot. After waiting 1 or 2 min. employee told me I would have to leave without trying to troubleshoot the problem or do some critical thinking. I went back to my work where my employer checks temperature several times per day and, indeed, my temperature wasn’t elevated. I wasted an hour of my earned sick leave and had to deal with the rudeness of the employee, who, certainly, could have provided a better customer service. Not to say it’s hard to believe the clinic has only 1 thermometer, if they do, they sure have to address this matter. I doubt I will be back to this clinic because I believe the company’s culture should be about training front and back employees to treat patients with respect and don’t waist patients’ time.

I went in for a cleaning when they found major grinding in my teeth. Something you would find in a 50 year old and I am 25. They referred me to a sleep specialist and walked me through the whole process of getting a small outpatient procedure that has me breathing better than ever. I don’t snore anymore and am no longer a mouth breather. Thanks to Billings I have more energy and feel better than ever.
