It was a pleasant experience from the time I entered the office. Immediately, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who let me know someone would be with me shortly. Within minutes, I was greeted by a vibrant cheerful hygienist. The hygienist was very professional explaining everything and very personable which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I went to Billings Family Dentistry for the treatment of very painful TMJ. I already had seen 3 dentists and was not helped. I called, got an appointment, and met Dr. Levy. Dr. Levy was incredible, friendly and informative. That was April 21 and today I am not experiencing any pain

I’ve had really bad experiences with dentists in the past and I was scared to go to the dentist overall. I found Billings Family Dentistry and gave them a call. They scheduled me at my earliest convenience and my first appointment was great. I immediately scheduled a follow up to start the work and what can I say, I’m looking forward to coming back every single time. Dr. Emily is so good and precise in her work and her assistant is very nice. They just make you feel like home! I originally thought he was great but I have to say that I have never met a more narcissistic, arrogant Provider. The last time I was there I left in tears. I went to him because my tooth had been hurting for over a year and no other dentist could figure out why. He surmised (after a test he did) that it was cracked but horizontally so that it wouldn’t show up on an X-ray, hence no other dentist being able to figure out the issue. Instead of treating the tooth he focused on my TMJ, his specialty, that cost $5k to treat with new contraption. Months after I left his office in tears guess what happened??? My tooth broke completely in half to the root. Could that tooth have been saved before it broke? I guess we’ll never know. If I could give him zero stars, I would.

The staff is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, the service is top-notch, and Drs. Billings and Levy stay up to date with current dental and Sleep Apnea procedures and methods. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
