Our 2 children( both under age 12) have been under Billings Family Dentistry's care for over 3 years. Our daughter is being treated with MYOBRACE and our son is undergoing palatal expansion.
We love the progressive approach taken by Drs. Billing/Levy with a focus on expanding the palate to make more space for teeth and thus preventing over-crowding and avoiding extraction( which generally will cause narrowing of airways and hence may cause sleep apnea later in life).
They have both taken time to explain every step of the way, always accommodated us if any issue happened with the devices. We have recommended them to our dentist friend's children because we were quite impressed by the service provided as well as their mission. They are the only provider using Myobrace( which we absolutely love as it is a removal device made of soft Silicone material that my daughter did not mind wearing) in the city, and that speaks for their vision.
Children and their teeth/jaw should be allowed to achieve their God-given potential and Drs. Billing and Levy understand that! We love them!
The office staff is very courteous and respectful- we have nothing, but high praise for them as well!

Dr. Billings and his entire staff are the best! I went in pursuit of relief from facial and jaw pain. I’ve tried a number of things before, with nominal or temporary relief. Dr. Billings and his assistants identified the root causes, and I finally got an official diagnosis. Everything made sense! I’m four months into the treatment and my pain relief is significant. There’s the added bonuses of fewer migraines, improved sinuses, and less neck and shoulder pain because it’s all connected. The office staff are friendly, efficient, and worked tirelessly to get me the maximum amount covered through insurance. I highly recommend Billings Family Dentistry TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre!

All the staff was so nice! I wish I remembered everyone’s names! They were very safe too. No one waiting other than me. Took my temp and gave me hand sanitizer. Dr Terry Billings was amazing too. He talked me through everything so I understood. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family dentist. They even see children and toddlers I think!

My husband and I were new patients and had extensive procedures. We were very pleased with Dr. Billings' professionalism, ability and the way he made us feel comfortable when we were anxious. He explained everything, answered our questions and even did a personal follow-up call following the procedures. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results.
