Amazing office with excellent staff! The office was very hygienic and clean, and you can tell a lot of care is taken to keep it that way. I was seen quickly, and impressed by the array of technology used to go over the procedure and to maximize comfort (big shout out to the ceiling TVs to have something to watch even laying back!).

From the phone call to schedule an emergency appt and as a new patient, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness! I got in the very next day and the warmth was still there and I was seen timely and had a really great professional Dental Asst (Aysia) who checked on my comfort continuously and Dr. Jai Shin was and is AMAZING!!! He quelled my fear even with knowing the repair and fix was going to be lengthy, he interacted with me, made sure my comfort was a priority and he worked diligently and I feel efficiently. Remember, I had never been a patient before...Class Act all the way and I am not afraid for my next visit because my expectations have been met! Great, great job all around for my 1st experience in a very long time away from a dentist! If you hesitate seeing the dentist from prior bad experiences like me...True Dental should be you choice to get back to healthy teeth and care!
