Support staff (scheduling, greeting, billing)are pleasant and efficient. The practice uses state of the art equipment and the facility is spotless. I found this dentist office when I moved to Odenton, MD. I saw online how clean their office was and reviews looked good online…but sometimes it can be deceiving. I still decided to give their office a try and everything I saw/read online was true!
Friendly hygienists, good customer service (you can call or text their office), clean environment, Netflix/entertainment as you get your service, good advice and knowledgeable feedback from the provider.
I love their office so much, that when I recently moved to DC in May 2022 and I STILL drive 1 hour just to get their office for their services.
You don’t always find gems like this, so when you do…keep them; and I kept them ☺️

Very nice and welcoming. Calm atmosphere and diligent to teeth at hand. TVs to comfort one side Netflix and one side Disney + only though. You’re there for a reason and they do a great job and make sure you’re comfortable. Abby , Esther are kind. Dr. Jai Shin is through and reassuring. Non-rushed. Highly recommended

Clean office, courteous staff, and excellent service. My wife, daughter, and I have been coming here for a few years now. They have TVs mounted to the ceiling above their dentist chairs so children (and adults) can watch Netflix while they work on your teeth. There are several small dentists in town but we have no plans to leave True Dental.

It was wonderful. I am new to Maryland and was nervous about finding a new dentist after 30 years with my other dentist. They were polite professional and caring. Their equipment was top of the line. Give them a try!

As a first time patient at this practice, I am impressed at the serene atmosphere, the pleasant and polite interactions with the staff. Kudos to my dental hygienist, Esther, who explained all the steps and findings. Also, Dr. Shin explained his recommendations in an easy to understand manner which improved my experience as a dental patient. I definitely recommend and will return.
Update on visit
True Dental provides early morning and late evening appointments. The convenience is important for those who may need to be seen at those times. Wonderful Dental services by Dr. Shin and his dental team.
