I’ve had good dentists in the past, but the entire experience at True Dental was exceptional. From scheduling, to X-rays, cleaning and exam everyone was kind and professional. The office is state of the art, but also warm and welcoming. They also were very good about COVID protocols with double masks, Hepa filters in rooms and not crowding the waiting room. I was seen at exactly my appointment time. The hygienist explained everything to me and did a great job cleaning. Dr. Shin was kind and thorough. Fantastic care and service!

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 7 years thanks to a terrible experience when removing my wisdom tooth. However, the team at True Dental made sure I was comfortable and involved me throughout the whole process. I appreciated the media used to show me my treatment plan and loved the honesty. I didn’t feel pressured to pay for extra services. Also, I appreciated that I was able to watch my Korean drama show while doing my exam. Being able to watch a show truly alleviated the anxiety. I am definitely not taking a seven year hiatus from the dentist since I have found a friendly and professional dentist office.

Today was an emergency first time appointment for my 9 year old son. He was nervous attending. When we arrived we called to check in. Masks were required which is great. Staff was prompt with providing me with an electronic tablet to complete intake paperwork. The waiting room has couches and is comfortable with a television. Dr. Julie was the dentist working with my son. The staff was very pleasant. Office was very very clean. They had a television above the dental chair so my son could watch as they worked on his mouth. He was put at ease with sunglasses to make him feel cool. He had X-rays. And he began to smile because things went very smoothly. At the end of our visit they provided him with tokens to use to get prizes from machines in the hallway. It was very professional as well. Each step of the way Dr. Julie explained everything they were doing and why as well as what to do with follow up. Many many many praises to the tech who helped my son feel comfortable getting X-rays. The entire staff was wonderful. This one visit we’ve decided this will be our permanent family dentist

I had my first visit today, and so far I’m impressed. They have an efficient and comfortable setup, and pay attention to details. I especially appreciated that they used a throat guard during x-rays, and they bring equipment to the patient rather than making you walk all around the office. My hygienist Esther was professional, thorough, and kind. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

After not going to the dentist for 10 years, I was nervous to go to a dentist office because no one wants to have a lecture. However, a broken tooth led me to search for a dental practice. During my first appointment last month, I was met by welcoming staff. The hygienist made my first dental cleaning painless. Dr. Jai Shin did an amazing job at building a treatment plan while informing me of the pros and cons of each option (including the cost). I’ve had two more visits since then and they continue to impress!

Very thorough first visit taking x rays and images. They take a cautious approach letting you know which teeth may develop cavities rather than start drilling holes in your teeth. They are not trying to make money off of you as I have encountered in the past. Friendly staff. Nice facility. I will be back, you can trust them with your teeth!

I went there for a cleaning and had a great experience! I get anxiety at the dentist but at this office they were very thorough, gentle, and patient. I loved that they explained everything they were doing to me as they were doing it. I am also pregnant and they did not mind pausing the cleaning a few times to give me breaks to sit up— I am unable to lay down for a long period of time. Definitely going to go back!

We have just discovered this gem of a dental place. it’s worth the 20 minutes drive for us the place is an A+ with modern equipments and very clean facility but most of all the staff are very accommodating and the communication is stellar. Esther is very gentle and the dentist is very thorough on explaining her findings. I Highly recommend this place.
