True Dental

I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist! It had been over 2 years since my last cleaning (thanks to 2020, a move, and a mild fear of dental cleanings) and it was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. The hygienist was very thorough in explaining the X-rays/gum photos, and even with the length of time between cleanings it wasn’t a painful process! I wasn’t shamed for my lack of visits, just given a game plan on how to improve my oral health going forward. Dr. Jai and his team delivered quality skills and service.

Great service! Every single staff members were very kind and attentive. I think I literally waited for 2 minutes to be seen. Very clean office with calm ambience. Not the usual cold dentist office feel. Up-to-date technology for sure. It was nice to watch a video of what an oral exam would look like while I was getting xray. Definitely would recommend this place!

I had my first visit yesterday & my experience was amazing! The office itself is very clean & aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very friendly! The hygienist went above & beyond. She did a thorough cleaning job & was so incredibly sweet. The dr was super friendly too! He was easy going & made me feel comfortable about being at the dentist. I highly recommend this office!

True dental was amazing. I have had a few not so great experiences at the dentist since I was a child, but true dental has really changed my view. Every single staff member was extremely nice when they spoke to me. There was a lot of communication between the doctor and hygienist and I. I knew exactly what was going on in my mouth at all times. It was refreshing.

Excellent dental service. I just changed to True Dental after several years of so-so service at a different dentist. This week was my first appointment at True Dental; this was also the most thorough teeth cleaning I've had in several years- Thank You. They took x-rays and color pictures of my teeth and I was able to view those right from the dental chair. The dentist carefully explained issues with some very old fillings, recommend corrective action, and told me what would be covered by insurance and what would be my out-of-pocket expenses. It was very good to know this information upfront and not get a surprise later.

This was by far the best new patient dental visit I have experienced as an adult. The office and staff are clean and inviting. Dr. Jai was personable and the dental hygienist was awesome. She periodically asked if I was okay and she explained each part of the exam. Oh and did I mention they gave me some protective glasses to wear during the exam and my husband got to watch Netflix during his exam. Five stars for innovation, friendliness, and cleanliness!

I really really like this clinic. It's super clean and very edgy and modern. It lifts up your mood, unlike other clinics Ive been before. My only complain is they made me wait 20 mins. well, technically 10mins bec I was there 10mins early. I was there early so I can leave and go straight to work not being so late. But overall, it was always a pleasant experience seeing Dr Julie.

I go here with my whole family including my 2yo son and this is the only place I trust and feel like we are truly being taken care of. They listen to us and are always super kind. I recommend them to everyone who asks for a dentist. Thank you very much true dental team!

I've been seen 3x in past 6 mos. Honestly my first impression of the place, I was very impressed. It didn't feel like I was stepping into a dental office yet more like into a serene Spa retreat ambient. I being in the nursing field, don't think I've ever smelled such cleanliness & sterility in the air.(I could see some air purifier machines). The place was also very organized. My first initial visit was very thorough; Xrays we're done to depict every problem and even presented to me on a state of the art screen. I've visited with both doctor Shins husband-wife team. My 2nd visit, I was taken in very quickly for a painful infected tooth, which they extracted (what a relief). I'll be having a nice porcelain tooth there. My 3rd visit was for an abscessed tooth which swole my face up(My fault, I waited too long for the root canal, which has been recommended). Dr Shin took me in immediately the next day on a Tue, placed me on antibiotics & set me up for that needed root canal for that Fri. Wow, Dr Shin was even prepared to arrange for me tb seen w/someone else, if I couldn't make that Fri appt. so that I would not wait too long dt the nature of the dental prob. I also want to mention that after my extraction in Oct, Dr Shin returned my call after hrs for question I had. I was very greatful for this. All the staff is very professional. On another note I took note that when a tech was orientating another tech to the practice, she said "always listen to what the patient is saying". I say "amen" to that.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! My hygienist Esther was thorough and gentle. She and Dr. J. Worked in tandem to provide exemplary, timely service and a treatment plan to address my concerns.
