From the moment you walk in the door everybody was so nice. I really love it there. The sad thing is come April 1st. You guys won’t be taking my insurance and that makes me real sad. However, I never met a office when all of workers are happy and very helpful🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First new dentist after 40+ years with my previous dentist. My scheduled appointment was perfect, I was seen within five minutes after arriving in the office, I like that, I value my time.
The dental hygienist took real good care of me while doing x-rays and light cleaning, she was ever so gentle that I did not feel any pain, none, not at all...no dental anxiety whatsoever, amazing.
The first thing I noticed upon entering the treatment room was TECHNOLOGY. It is truly modern dentistry at its best, Netflix is available on the TV screen mounted on the ceiling while your teeth are being worked on, air filtration in each and every room protects everyone in this covid age. No more film x-rays, all digital, as an IT person, I can truly appreciate the modern experience.
After my dental hygienist was finished with me and explained the issues with my teeth, Dr. Shin, came by and explained in further detail and my options, no hard sell, just the facts.
I am blown away at my experience here at True Dental, I guess being with a dentist for over 40 years and not seeing the technology in modern dentistry in his office caused most of my anxiety.
I will definitely return and continue with my treatment...
