Such a great experience. I called and got an appointment THE SAME DAY! I was well taken care of was treated as one would treat family. I never felt rushed and everything was well explained so that I felt comfortable with my future plans for my teeth. Dr. Shin is very personable and made sure I understood everything. The staff all were friendly and helpful. Everything was upfront with my visit, from x-rays, to treatment plans and honest opinions on the treatment options. There were varied options for payment which is great for any situation one may find themselves in. And there is no pressure either way. The location is great, the atmosphere is nice, clean and up-to-date. Looking forward to my family being patients of this place for years to come.

My husband and I came in for cleanings and fillings. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Everyone from the front office staff to Dr. Shin was kind, pleasant, and helpful. Dr. Shin's office makes going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. Including comfy chairs, chap stick, bottled water, and Netflix in the ceiling while you're getting fillings! We'll definitely be coming back here for all our routine care.

I had a great experience at True Dental! The staff is very friendly and takes the time to educate you on better oral health. They had many COVID safety precautions in place and you felt comfortable being there. I also got to enjoy a cooking show on the ceiling why they cleaned my teeth!! I recommend this dental office.

I wanted an appointment for my teeth cleaning but couldn’t get one until late November. I was able to secure an appointment to check on a crown that I had a concern about. I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early and was able to get my teeth cleaned and the crown checked. The hygienist took her time and gave me the best cleaning I ever received. Dr. Shin checked my crown and did X-rays to confirm that it was intact. The staff at this office is professional, skillful and thorough. They value your time, your business and provide excellent unparalleled service.
