First, I was very impressed with the hygienist. She was very thoughtful and courteous throughout my cleaning. I often clinched when I get a cleaning she made it so easy for me. I love the technology Dr. J and the hygienist used to explain what was going on with my teeth and showed actual pictures, not film. I am so glad I finally cut the cord due a long commute to my ex-dentist and tried True Dental.

Very clean and follows COVID safe guidelines. They were able to get me in very quickly as a new patient. Exam was thorough. Staff and dentist were very nice.

I loved my experience to say the least from my very first visit. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Shin is the best dentist I have ever went to. I needed short-notice emergency dental care; True Dental was able to schedule me an hour later. The costs were explained to me upfront…no surprises. I had a serious tooth/root infection which Dr. Shin treated and referred me for a root canal. Dr. Shin gave me a referral and I got the root canal two days later. Today I had the first appointment for a crown. The True Dental office staff were very friendly and polite. Dr. Shin explained the crown procedure and answered all my questions. Between my first emergency appointment and the root canal, Dr.Shin contacted me to make sure everything was OK. I already recommended True Dental to my friends.

Here’s the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth: If you’re looking for a dental practice of the highest quality, this is your place. My first visit was little over a week ago. Right away I noticed the cleanliness of the place. The office staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Lauren cleaned my teeth better than they’ve been cleaned in years(!) and Dr. Julie’s knowledge and ‘bedside manner’ were just what I needed. Everyone there was down-to-earth, kind and respectful. I’ve found my dental home… and that’s the tooth! :-)
UPDATE: Today was my third visit (I try to go every six months). I’m happy to report that all I said above still holds true. True Dental = Smiles all around

I want to start by saying I never post a review. But my experience today with True Dental was great! I had to share my experience. I am very scared to go to the dentist. But today was my first visit with True Dental. I saw Lauren & Dr. Julie Shin. They made me feel at ease. I received a thorough exam & cleaning from Lauren. Dr. Julie was excellent with coming in to follow up with my exam and explain in detail what was needed next. Kim at the front desk was excellent during check-in & check-out. She explained in detail what my insurance cover and my out-of-pocket cost for my future procedure.

Best dental experience of my life. The Dr's explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, didn't make me feel bad about a cavity I had, and were quick! I was in and out in less that 30 minutes. Didn't feel a thing, except the numbing needle. They have also seen my kids and were super patient with my son who hates needles. They were also super patient with my toddler who screamed the entire time, but managed to get her exam done. Thankful to have found the True Dental team!
