I have been a patient of Dr Bishop since 1999. I trust her clinical judgement 100 percent and wouldn’t think of seeing anyone else for my dental care. I just completed Invisalign treatment and crowns for my front teeth were in dire need of repair. I am beyond happy with the final result. My bite and TMJ symptoms have dramatically proved and I have a great smile!! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Bishop and the Hammond Pond staff.

Dr. Mistretta and his staff are wonderful! I do not say this lightly. After my dentist of over 25 years retired, I had to find a new dentist, and I wasn't happy! I'm so glad I found this practice. Dr. Mistretta is thorough, patient, calming, and takes the time to explain things very well. After a check-up that had been delayed way too long because of the pandemic as well as because I needed to try a new dentist, some major dental work was needed. Dr. Mistretta & his staff have taken really excellent care of me, made me feel safe, and made me feel like they are concerned for my well-being. This place used to be really good. Now, they just hustle you and push you to perform procedures you don't really need just so they can make money.
I just got billed for an extra $800 because the insurance company deemed the treatment was unnecessary. This was after I paid a copay of $300.
After going there for four years twice a year, today, I settled my bill and I will never set foot here again.

Dr Bishop is very professional and extremely capable and caring .
Her hygienist, Marisela, is a perfect match with Dr. Bishop as she is very experienced and calming as well... I am
never anxious about coming for my appointments with them as I feel that I am in very good hands and that they truly care about their patient and the work they do.
Their staff is equally as impressive as both Jay, office manager ,and Fernanda try their best to assist you with any issues you may have with insurance company problems or any other matter that needs attention.
I therefore have also brought the rest of my family to this practice and would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Bishop and Marisela and their competent staff!!

Took care of loose crowns and spotted necrotic molar in need of root canal. Courteous prompt service. Dr. Duffel was my dentist for 30 years. Sorry to seem him go- we exchanged golf tips, stories and woes. Hopefully he’s on the course as we speak. Doc was a good- looking guy, but the new young female dentist has him beat, lol!

I never liked the dentist, but Dr. Pitluck always makes it an easy experience for me. Fernanda, jay, and Cassandra are always helpful when I have any questions regarding my account.
