I need an emergency appointment and they took me in right away I have not been to a better dentist office my whole life. Very professional great staff and very understanding. I would recommend this dental office to anybody with any kind of problems. They are carrying helpful I just very good good people and take pride in their work I refer them to anybody excellent excellent dentist office it was my pleasure to meet them

I was excited that I found a dentist in the area for myself, my husband & kids. I called because I had a question about my insurance but was instantly turned off by the extremely rude receptionist lady whom answered the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she’s having a bad day. A few days later I came in and I instantly knew who I spoke to on the phone because she was tending to someone infront of me & treating them horribly & I recognized her voice. If any staff member asked her a question she would respond with a nasty attitude. If the phone rang, she was rude on the phone. If the person infront of me had a question for her, she would mumble in another language to a staff member (clearly not saying pleasent things.) By the time it was my turn in line she was also rude to me. I was so turned off by how this woman was treating everyone including myself that I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I want to report this woman but not sure who I would go to as she’s the one who always answers the phone & working. She’s the older white woman who works the front desk. Terrible, terrible terrible service.

Awesome!!!!! I was at Cambridge and almost left completely (not happy at all with Cambridge location/staff) but let's just say Sandra saved me. Everyone here was so friendly I loved Dr. Ram really nice guy and I mean come on who likes the dentist but he made you feel comfortable. Even his dental hygienist made it a point to get to know me. Dr. Ram explained to me what I needed to know and didn't feel any shame. This is probably the first dentist that I actually like. Now isn't that something. Keep up the amazing work guys it really feels like a great team effort to bring those smiles 😃 (see what I did there)

The receptionist, Sandra, at American dental in Malden was so helpful and kind from the start! She helped me get an appointment and figure out my insurance and was very patient and kind! Dr. Ram who extracted my teeth was very kind and efficient with his work. He even put on music for me to help the process go by faster. His dental student was also extremely kind and I found comfort in his reassurance! Very good experience, would definitely recommend:)

My experience with American dental was life changing...I recomend everyone have their dental work done here. I had the poorest dental hygiene prior to visiting. I had multiple extractions, root canals, cavities...etc. Every single person from the doctors, assistants and front desk staff was incredibly friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have my smile and confidence back. Thank you american dental!!

What an amazing group of professionals! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years, due to a busy work schedule and moving from one city to another. I expected my first visit back to be long and painful, but it was the exact opposite. Dr. Mike and his Team were so efficient and got me in and out of there in less than an hour! I was blown away with how fast they were able to perform a very thorough cleaning and do my x-rays! Amazing! He also took the time to clearly explain everything to me. I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted me to have a healthy mouth! I have already recommended them to my spouse, and will definitely be sharing my positive experience with others as well. My search for an amazing dentist office is over! Thank you!

Fantastic experience. I have nothing but good things to say. I was a new patient, requested an appointment online late last night, and was called promptly this morning and offered an appointment this afternoon. The receptionist was very helpful and found that my regular health insurance had partial dental coverage, which I did not realize I had and saved me 75%. When I arrived, the office was extremely clean and felt comfortable. The staff was friendly and personable. The technicians were all nice, and I felt very "covid-safe" with their PPE and sanitation procedures throughout the appointment. The equipment and facilities looked modern and clean. The dentist himself was excellent. He (I'm bad with names, but I think it was Dr. Ram) did 3 fillings, and it was completely painless. He was very thorough and made sure my bite alignment was normal after the fillings. He made sure I was happy and all questions answered before I left.
I was very impressed, and their 5 star rating on Google is well earned.

Dr.Ram & his entire staff are hands down the best dental practice I have ever been too. I came in as a new scared patient who needed an entire mouth full of work. I have never been one to trust or continue seeing the same dentist as I have not had any good experiences in the past. When meeting Dr.Ram he did not make me feel ashamed for how bad my mouth was, instead he sat with me at the computer going over any and every choice I had even if it ment the work not being performed within this company. I left with a plan and confident in my Dr. for the first time ever. Here I am months later and I have a brand new beautiful smile that I owe 100% to Dr. Ram! I have never met a DR. or staff like his!!

One of the worst clinical experiences of my life. 6 months of back and forth with this clinic desperately trying to find some help for a relatively small issue but they apparently are very limited in what they offer and did very little to advise or help me. 6 months later and I have lost a big chuck of enamel, chipped serval teeth and have gum recession. I walked out of this clinic serval times in frustrated pain and they didn't care. Even the one dentist that actually tried to help me (whom I actually very much appreciated), did very little for my situation. Don’t let the reviews fool you, do research and find someone that will really help you.

I was a walk-in patient due to an emergency and the staff was very accommodating. Dr. Ram and his team did a great job ,my whole procedure was painless and very relaxed. Dr. Ram also took his time to explain the problem and helped me make the right decision. The management was very helpful with the insurance.
I highly recommend American Dental at Malden because of the excellent service I have received. Iam so pleased that I won’t have to worry about finding a good dental clinic anymore.
