These folks made an AWESOME first impression!! I was desperate, in pain and contacted these folks for help as my regular dentist was closed for the week. They took care of me immediately - I mean IMMEDIATELY!!! Office is very nice and the entire staff made me feel welcomed. I am incredibly grateful!!!!!! Highly recommend! Thank you all!

When I first entered the office I was immediately greeted and helped by the staff. There's a warm and inviting presence and you can tell that the place is well kept. They saw me quickly and I feel secured in my decision to become a patient of their office.

I’m so disappointed at this location. I’ve got my wisdom teeth taken out (left side, bottom and top) with Dr. Naji, both of my teeth were already out, he only had to pull them. That procedure couldn’t have been smoother. Although, I recognized him to be a really good doctor, which I think he really is.
After that procedure, he subscribed me painkillers. As my visit was done, I made an appointment for 3 months after to take my other teeth out (on the right side) with Dr. Naji.
When I get there on the day of the appointment, they sent me another young looking doctor. At first I thought this doctor was only going to prep everything for Dr. Naji, but he was the one doing my procedure. I didn’t want to be rude to ask for Dr. Naji, which I truly regret, so I let it be.
My teeth on the right side weren’t out, the doctor would have to really do a “big” procedure to take them out.
The surgery took approximately an hour and half. I won’t say the doctor didn’t know what he was doing, he knew, but I don’t think he was an experience doctor to be by himself. Because by the time I went to check out, he forgot to subscribe me something. I had to go back to American Dental office for my medicine, which was his first mistake.
When he was talking to the people at the front desk, it was cleared that he didn’t know what to subscribe, they had to search in another file to find out the medications.
The second mistake was, he didn’t subscribe me any antibiotics. Not for nothing, but especially when you’re doing any cut in the mouth (where it’s easy to get infected), you need to subscribe antibiotics.
I didn’t know at the time, I thought it was ridiculous to get the same medicine as the first time comparing a 5 minutes procedure to 1h30 procedure. But, again I thought the doctor had under control.
I went to work, and my co-worker saw my swelling and said it wasn’t normal. She recommended me to call the doctor. I called American Dental, and they told me to wait 2 more days, if the swelling wasn’t gone, to go over there.
Wednesday I was there, none of the doctors who usually do extractions were there. Therefore, I had another woman doctor to take care of me, she was pretty nice and felt the swelling was hard. She called Dr. Naji, and they sent me to Mass General Hospital.
But, do you want a better news? My insurance didn’t cover Mass General, and I found out when the bill came.
At Mass General, they were wonderful with me, and I actually had really good doctors helping me and subscribe me what I needed (antibiotics), they even gave me supplies, such as hot pack, 0.9% Sodium Chloride Irrigation with two syringa, a subscribed mouth wash by USP. They told me to go back there on Friday to check on the infection. They were wonderful!
When my Mass General bill came, I thought I wasn’t the one paying, since my procedure of teeth taken out was charged by American Dental almost $300 after my insurance covered a lot of it. Then, I called them, the girl who picked the phone told me she would review with her manager, and never got back to me. I called one week later, the manager answer, she said again she would review with the doctor, I’m still waiting on her call after 4 days. Honestly, I lost two days of work going to get this infection taken care of, I was in pain for several days, and they don’t even care. The bill from Mass General is not even much, way cheeper than what I paid after my insurance with American Dental. But, I have to work 3 days to get this money. I don’t think it’s fair.
This is something I could sued this company for, but I’m not going to be so low as they were with me.

I’m just writing this review, to please, DO NOT let them treat you like I was treated, number and not a human.

I had such a pleasant experience yesterday at American Dental Consultants while doing such a scary for me tooth extraction. The whole process took a little while, but the atmosphere over there was extremely friendly! The registration with Chiara was wonderful, they really care for you and your concerns. Dr Mitali was very professional and even did some extra injection to prevent the pain, when I asked for it. During the procedure Dr Mitali was asking me few times, if I feel okay so she can continue. I think this is the most important how you feel at the dentist's office. I will have to do a lot of work with them placing a new implant and treat another tooth. I will definitely trust Dr Mitali to do this work. I hope it will be as good as it was yesterday. Her assistant was also very careful and kind.
I've read the reviews on the internet about this place and all of them were very good. I have chosen this place and I don't regret.

I had my 4 of my wisdom tooth removed and it was quicker than i thought i was. The procedure only took 15 minutes to finish and there was no pain at all. I would recommend anyone to this dental office.

I think this office is more on the side of general dentistry rather than orthodontics. I went in to get a wire removed (something they said they don't typically do but CAN do) and to get a new mold for retainers since they do Invisalign's here.

Almost swallowed a piece of tiny sharp metal wire that was cut off since it wasn't being held onto. Then when shaving down the glue residue form my wire, the doctor nicked my lip, and four days later is still visible.

I'm sure during regular dental treatments they are good, but my first experience with them was subpar.

EDIT: Changing to three stars as the manager most likely saw this posting and called soon after checking to see if all is okay.

The staff are really nice in office, but I don’t like the way they work with customer. I called in and they said they accept all the insurance cards including PPO or HMO. Then I come in the first time, they said that visit will be covered everything with insurance. Then after that I find out that my their facility is not in our insurance network and I have to pay copay as well as others deductible in there while I can do that at other places for free. They also promised to contact me back but never did until I called them. If I don't call before the next visit I will come in again and pay more. The staff who picked up the phone said that someone else promise and there is no note left and I have to explain everything again happened in the first visit. This is not professional. I think they have to tell the truth to customer instead of just lure the customer in no matter what and charged them money!!! I called a number of other dental places and they all tell the truth that my insurance card is not in there network.

I have not been to this location yet but this is a personal recommendation to one of the dentists Dr. Al-Bender.

The service and care I received from him and his staff over the last two years were impeccable and I have no doubt that similar high standards are held in the practice.

I highly recommend the knowledge, the staff and the service.

SO thankful to have found this office.
I've been weirdly afraid of dentist offices, but after today no longer feel like that :)
They were able to schedule me the same day I called & Dr. Naji removed my damaged wisdom tooth so quickly and easily that I didn't even realize it was out.
I'm beyond happy & was already home resting by noon. Seriously the friendliest, most efficient, and most pain free dental team i've experienced. (thank you!)

Is it possible to love going to the dentist? I absolutely love going here! Everyone is super friendly and they accomodate you with whatever you need! I needed a bit of work on my teeth and somewhere with evening hours and I found this place. I’m so happy that I did! They can even fit you in for emergency tooth pain same day! I’ll be coming here for all my dental work! 😁 Five stars!
