My whole family kids ,husbands come here every 3 months to clean. We r always happy with service, Tien is Hygiene , she always taking care my kids . Im highly recommend her

I got an emergency appointment even though I’d never been a patient there before.
I was taken promptly to fill out paperwork.
I found the desk staff to be friendly.
I woman who took my x-rays and assisted the doctor was a pleasure to work with.
I was surprised at how quickly the doctor went through his explanation of what the issue/s were,(both immediate and long term).
He asked more than once if I understood him,(which I did).
I found the woman who handles the financial arrangements very pleasant and helpful as well.
If there were anything I thought that could have been improved I would say I did feel a bit pressured by the doctor to move on my longer term issues right away where it seems the outcome would be the same if done now or latter.
This however would not stop me from returning as a patient.

I give it one star only because they can prescribe antibiotics. The dentists are very unprofessional to start with, I’m very disappointed with them. I complain about the partial the made for me after tooth extraction and they acted like they don’t care after all I have paid for the partial. I feel scammed.

Excellent service . Front desk was very helpful as well the Doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable and did a great service.
It was an emergency and I was able to get appointment same day as well the good service.

I had my first dental appointment there today since COVID. It was a very pleasant experience at the Woburn office. The hygienist, doctor, and assistant that saw me were all very gentle and kind. My cleaning was one of the better dental experiences I've had in some time. They were honest and understanding when it came to my oral hygiene, health, and overall needs. I look forward to my next appointment.

An honest dental office can be hard to find - and it's definitely not here.

Only came here 3-4 times, but boy is this place alarmist and trying to take your money. They wanted to fill so many "cavities", and charge for so many unnecessary procedures and medicine. Do not be afraid to say 1) is this covered? 2) how much will this cost? 3) no!

Got referred to a different office by a friend - no cavities, no issues, see you in 6 months.

I along with my wife and daughter been here for our annual dental check up, got our scaling and cavity filling for my daughter. The quality of the work is top notch, special kudos to Tien, I messed up with my appointment but she adjusted her schedule to accommodate, really impressive. Starting from front desk, Covid protocols- yes they sanitize and change everything between visits, crew, work, transparent costs.. these guys are just awesome.. I highly recommend this place.. thank you!

I have had an excellent experience at the Woburn Aspen Dental office over the past two years. Tien Phan, RDH, is extremely professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. She takes the time to explain every detail of the work being done & has good suggestions on improving dental care at home.

At my most recent visit during this pandemic all the staff were exceptionally cautious cleaning all spaces being used by everyone. I was very comfortable during my visit.

I had a visit with Tien yesterday she's a great dental hygienist. She took into account my sensitive teeth and I just let her know if I need her to stop while doing the cleaning. Recommend products to me and good habits I should get into with my dental hygiene.

I have a painful horrible split tooth and Julia and my Dr. took me in quickly and were extremely kind gentle and patient. When this tooth is pulled I will be going back for additional help with my teeth. I trust them now.
